Quickly responsive, great advice, and great results.

Mr. Schreck was extremely responsive to the situation, immediately knew what to do, what questions to think about, and very proactive to avoid any further issues. He knew individuals involved in the criminal justice system and was able to take care of the situation quickly and effectively. Really app...reciated his communication, professionalism.

Honest!!

Had a legal issue that I was not sure required legal representation. Jerald seemed very knowledgeable and VERY honest! He told me he'd happily take my case but I could probaly tackle it on my own. Thank you!

He is extreme...ly professional.

An honest lawyer who is passionate about helping those who need defense

Out of nowhere we received a call from a detective making accusations about a past event. These were the kind of accusations that could potentially be life altering. Not knowing what to do, but knowing we needed advice, I found Jerald Schreck online, ascribed as someone with expertise related to my c...ase. I made a call. Sure enough Mr. Schreck picked up the phone himself. He was warm and reassuring. Not having ever met me before, or with any pretense that I would retain him, he spent about an hour on the phone with me reviewing the recent events and my concerns. He explained to me the law, how these things typically work, and put it in to the context of my situation. In the end he advised me that I was not currently in need of a lawyer, but if things progressed, he would keep my information on file. I offered to compensate him for the impromptu consultation, but he said he was happy to help, and that was not needed. He offered his services but insisted it was not worth my money at this time. With one phone call we went from shock and panic to reassurance. Mr. Schreck’s kindness and expertise deescalated the situation and enabled us to get back to our lives. His kindness and willingness to help without compensation was truly unexpected. We owe him immense gratitude and WILL be calling him back in the event we ever need his services. An honest lawyer who is passionate about helping those who need defense.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Mr. Schreck is hands down one of the very best sex-crimes defense attorneys in Arizona. He is an attorney that other experienced attorneys turn to when THEY have a complex or complicated sex-crime issue come up in a case. If you have been charged with any sex crime or other major felony you would be hard-pressed to find a more experienced or dedicated attorney than Mr. Schreck."

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"One of the great lawyers who has trained many great lawyers in Maricopa County, Jerry Schreck has been involved in helping numerous attorneys and clients in Arizona. He has probably seen, and assisted with, every type of crime that could be committed in Arizona, and managed to improve the outcome in almost every one. Not one to shy away from challenges, Jerry has earned a reputation as an expert among his peers for his knowledge and experience with sex crimes and defenses, one of the most complicated areas of laws in our state (rife with pitfalls for the less experienced attorneys). As a former marine, he has also gone out of his way to assist soldiers in need of a good defense. I strongly endorse this attorney."

"I have known Jerry since law school. He is one of the best attorneys I know. He is one of the very few lawyers I would have represent me if I were charged with a crime. Jerry is a smart, tenacious bulldog in the courtroom. He is also a very creative attorney who knows how to issue spot. His experience in representing people charged with sex related offenses is unmatched by most criminal defense attorneys. Jerry literally teaches how to defend sex crimes to other criminal defense attorneys on a regular basis. I know Jerry to be a man of great passion and high integrity. He gets my highest recommendation!!"
