Avoid at all costs for any estate planning. Never completed multiple requests made by family and owner of estate. Acted extremely shady and was initially setup through a drug addict family member on my grandfather's behalf. Were extremely unhelpful when needing updates done and would avoid phone call...s. Worst experience and never fulfilled my veteran grandfather's wishes and now we're having to deal with the fallout from this extremely unprofessional "business". Even most of the staff are very unhelpful and seemed to be collaborating with each other to pretend certain requests were never made, especially this woman named Skylar, probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Pretended to not remember conversations, would withhold legal advice on processes when updates to trust/ will were being requested. Made my veteran grandfather with war injuried physically come down to make updates even though there was a written process we were told of once already there.
