I retained Marc's services for criminal defense. He and his partners were very professional, and always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. They could be counted on to keep me apprised of any news or updates in the course of the case. Ultimately, with some very creative "out of the ...box" tactics Marc's team were able to negotiate an excellent resolution to my situation. Let me just preface with the fact that I am a tenured professional with a higher level education, a council member at my church and a family man. Everyone facing potential charges must have done something wrong is the assumption I used to have, either consciously of sub consciously. In my case it cou...ldn’t be further from the truth. I was accused of serious charges in a road rage incident where I was actually the victim. I was detained but not arrested and no charges were filed, however, the police officer sent the report to the DA’s office to determine whether or not charges should be filed, so there was that possibility. Due diligence on my part was to do all I could to stop the process before it started. I wanted to understand my rights legally to avoid the potential of any formal charges, for the sake of my career and my family, so I arranged a $100 consultation with Mr. Victor. My understanding from speaking with officers who are close friends of the family was that the DA would see no evidence in this case as the accusations were totally fabricated and there was zero basis other than reciprocity of a reckless driver By the time our 1 hour session was over, Mr. Victor had my wife in tears, and had us both convinced that I would be going to trial and could potentially do 10 years in prison without ever previously having an issue with the law. He made it seem like the DA files charges with no case and no evidence as normal procedure. Needless to say, Mr. Victor was fear mongering to justify his quoted $45,000 tab. Long story short, charges were never filed and there is no case with the DA leaving me with a $45,000 surplus. I encourage anyone reading this to strongly consider this testimony prior to consulting with Mr. Victor, and for your own sake, get a second, third, and fourth opinion before you contribute to another Rolex Day/Date Presidential for Mr. Victor. Mr. Victor may do well for you if you are guilty of a crime, but for someone like me, he will fear monger you into thinking your life is over and have you pull the equity out of your home to most likely offer you a plea bargain. NO THANKS!

I was initially overwhelmed with how fast Marc J. Victor and his staff moved on my case. Hours after our first meet they were in constant contact with me— filing motions, and keeping me informed. My calls were often retuned by Marc, himself, and often within the hour. The same goes for communicati...ons via emails and texts! He moves quickly, making the most of his and his staff’s time, but never once— not once— did I feel rushed when I had a question. His staff is highly trained and eager to please. Their tone and manner is both punctual and professional. The receptionist alone is notably always pleasant and respectful. That very same prosecutor who had tried to star me down in court (prior to my having Marc at my side) now had trouble looking me and my new attorney (Marc) in the eye.
