To give you an idea of the kind of attorney Ben is, when he was assisting me with my case, we arranged for me to surrender to the Sheriff's office overnight. We arranged everything to minimize my time in custody and when I made my initial appearance, because Ben had pre-arranged everything, the DA had no hesitation in allowing generous terms for release, and in fact, Ben didn't even need to do much in court because the DA spoke first and told the judge that she was fine with my release and allowing me freedom to travel. When the time came for our court appearances, Ben was a strong advocate. He did his research on the DA assigned to my case to find out what his expectations would be and was able to put together a proposal that allowed for dismissal of all charges. Because of Ben's experience as a DA I could tell from his communication with the DA assigned to my case that he knew exactly what to say to advocate on my behalf and work within the system to get a positive result. It isn't a stretch to say that Ben gave me my life back. He stood by me during one of the most difficult times of my life, and hiring him is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
