Kiele achieved the desired legal outcome. I was educated regarding the process and communication was handled well throughout the proceedings.

The two people who I spoke to at the firm-Alex Pace and another paralegal were absolutely excellent. The first paralegal who took my call was supportive and helpful. He offered to have someone return my call Friday evening at a time convenient for me. Alex Pace called later that evening and took the time to thoroughly discuss and understand the case. His understanding of the law and the situation was very impressive. He discussed the elements of the case from a defense attorney's perspective in a clear, well-informed manner. Alex was clearly able to distill the elements of the case down to the essential points necesssry to construct a strong defense case. I would strongly recommend doing a consultation with them. Alex was exceptionally insightful in his understanding of the law from a defense perspective and was thorough and patient in discussing it. Alex went above and beyond any law office staff in being helpful with the case and situation. Thank you so much, Alex!

I have never been in trouble before, so as you can imagine, I was very stressed out! Kiele and her team took over and made me feel better. They worked my case as if I was family! I will forever be grateful and I highly recommend this team when you are in need. As a side note to anybody that has the misfortune to go through this, TRUST your team. Sometimes you will go months without hearing from them, but it is very normal and they WILL take care of you!

I signed the agreement letter in July and the firm has not provided me with the draft papers that needs to submitted to the court house. This was for a expunction of a record. I supplied all the documents before I hired in July.
The firm made it very clear that the waiting time will be in the courts and they will be able to get the draft to me within a couple of weeks. It has been over two months now and I not received the draft.

I hired Kiele for representation in a criminal case. I gave Kiele a retainer amount for her representation and after I paid Kiele, her demeanor changed. She no longer responded to phone calls or emails and I was unable to receive any information on my case from her. Due to negligence I terminated representation from Kiele and she then sent me an email threatening to report a delinquent amount on my credit because I asked for a partial refund of my retainer since she had only filed a few pleas and handled jail release. I only used Kiele's service a month and she refuses to refund any amount of my retainer. I do not recommend Kiele's services and now I am searching for a more diligent and non-greedy lawyer.

Kiele Linroth Pace and her team are excellent counsel to have on your side. From my first contact with her to wrapping up my litigation, Kiele and her team were excessively thorough and were responsive to my numerous questions about the process, options, and possibilities. Even just glancing at their website (www.pacefirm.com) I could tell they believe that more information shared with the client is a good thing. They pursued various angles of approach in my case and took time to understand the massive amounts of information from the big picture to micro-details that helped focus the perspective of my case.
This team was great at maintaining professionalism and holding back judgement as witnessed because some details in my case were questionable at best. I was really appreciative of how I was ultimately in control of the decisions with no force or coercion at all from Kiele or her team. Kiele told me my options for things like hiring, payment, plea deals, or going all the way to trial, and let me make the decision without trying to pressure me on one path or another other. She gave me her professional opinion and let me take control.
Kiele and the team were persistent with their demands of our opponents and of the courts, even going so far as to help change the process for fair handling of cases by the courts on future cases. This is huge because it showed how she was already willing to go to battle for what is right, and for the judicial outcome that we wanted not just for me, but for any case she deals with in the future.
Long story short, I was more than impressed with the team and forever grateful for the time they spent sorting out my situation. The fact that Kiele only represents clients with assault domestic/family violence cases really helps with their expertise and knowledge in that realm since this is specifically all they deal with. I made a great decision by going with Kiele and her team instead of the original attorney that represented me. Excellent legal representation by them is one call or email away.

I came to Kiele being placed in a very tough predicament for the first time in my life. I was being accused of aggravated assault 2nd degree against my husband and was devastated! I visited with Kiele and she immediately went through my options from best case to worst case scenario, she listened and was very professional throughout. Because of Kiele's experience and open mind view of things, she was able to get my case dismissed without me EVER having to step foot in a court room. As part of my bond I had to attend a counseling evaluation where I was told that had it not been for the circumstances of the case, they didn't see why I should take a counseling session. I mentioned this to Kiele in passing and she immediately contacted the counselor, inquired as to why he commented that, and determined that the counselor felt that because of my having been a domestic abuse survivor my chances of becoming an aggressor were higher... Kiele was not happy to hear this and neither was I but she was able to get the DA to accept my undergoing counseling services at SafePlace for domestic abuse survivors in lieu of a conviction. Had Kiele not been as attentive as she had been to my conversation (in passing) this would have gone a different direction. Her strong listening skills saved me! I strongly recommend her, 100%

Kiele was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout my case. Since my case was for an alleged crime on my part, I was somewhat apprehensive of any attorney's personal judgement of my character, but Kiele made me feel human again while telling me exactly what I needed to know along the way, not just blowing smoke and telling me what I wanted to hear regarding my case. She was very balanced between offering her input and suggestions regarding our strategy in my case and listening to my wants and needs and trying to get those things done. Most importantly, we ended up with the most favorable disposition I could have asked for. I feel like the relationship between most attorneys and clients is probably somewhat strained or apprehensive given the circumstances in which they meet, however, I always took a fair amount of solace in the knowledge that Kiele truly had my best interests in mind, rather than worrying about getting me out the door and collecting a check. Should the need arise for a criminal defense attorney again (fingers crossed that it does not!) I would hire Kiele again in a heartbeat.

I was falsely charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon by my own husband. The situation was critical for me and I was devastated. I was fired from my job two weeks later with no future prospects of employment since I had a criminal record. My life has changed in a snap. I went from being a professional with a good reputation to a ‘criminal’ with no place to live (I got a Protective order from the Judge) and a criminal law suit on my hands. I’m not a US citizen and this fact alone has complicated my situation.
I interviewed about 5 different attorneys before making the decision to retain Kiele. My situation was difficult because I simply must not have been convicted or enter any kind of plea bargain, which would ruin my future career since I work in finance and get me out of the country. Moreover, my husband didn’t want to admit the truth being afraid for his own freedom.
Most of the lawyers I consulted were preparing me for long process/trial, which would likely to result in some kind of plea bargain (counseling, anger management etc.). I was shocked by these prospects since I was completely innocent and I didn’t want to lie just to get out of this ordeal. One of the attorneys I consulted with even scared me by saying that since I’m not a US citizen there was nothing anybody could do to clear my reputation and I’d most likely have to enter into a plea bargain.
NOBODY except for Kiele told me to stand my ground and tell the truth. She worked with my husband to persuade him to admit what he has done (which was NOT easy). She kept me informed about all the details. I didn’t have to go to court once. Kiele took away my stress and fear of the criminal justice system by giving me understanding of the whole process.
To conclude, three month later I got my life back on track. I got a new (and better) job, my reputation is almost clear. I’m currently waiting to get my records expunged (which I’m going to do with Kiele’s help).
The downfall of all this, is that I developed a strong fear of the police and have no trust in them whatsoever. I highly recommend Kiele as a professional who helps people go through some of the most stressful life challenges. Her services worth every penny.
I do hope that this story will help someone to make the right decision and not to give up even everything is against you.

Kiele is knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. She was reasonable responsive to calls and emails always willing to give a full overview of the situation and the current state of the case. She provided options and gave legal advice and did not push me one way or the other to advance or her own agenda or make it more convenient for her.
One thing to consider when determining if working with Kiele is the right fit for you is to consder her rate structure. She has you pay a flat fee which covers trial if your case goes that far. Depending on your case, you may not need that kind of "coverage."
All and all a great experience with Kiele.
