Paul Anthony Quinzi

I highly recommend Paul Quinzi to anyone seeking legal work. After being told by multiple lawyers that I cannot have something moved off my record Paul was very knowledgeable and helped me do just that very promptly. Paul is amazingly knowledgeable and experienced in the laws on criminal and civil trespass in Texas. He took the time to listen, ask the right questions, understand my situation, and provide sound advice and assurance. I was part of a pack of good folks fighting for justice when I was unjustly arrested for merely being on government property. Paul even beat my police-ride to the jail he was so on top of it :-) Most lawyers don't proactively keep you informed through the process. He does. I needed legal representation for an expunction that I desperately needed, and found Paul due to the sparkling reviews he'd received. My son is an honor student in UT Austin. I never thought that he would get a misdemeanor charge of failure to identify. My family was in deep distress. I had been wondering why surrounding school districts were not even looking at my application. I got a phone call from Leander ISD telling me that there was a "hit" on my background check that would not let them consider me for employment. WHAT? It happened so long ago. So, even though I've lived in Austin since 1991, I haven't needed any criminal lawyer services. I called Betty Blackwell ('cause I had seen her ads everywhere!) and she turned me down, but recommended Paul Quinzi. I was worried about meeting him. How would he treat someone who had a felony arrest? Guess what? He was pleasant, accommodating, down-to-earth, and friendly. He was also INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and gave me the information that I needed to get through the expungement process - needed paperwork, timetables, agency info and scenarios regarding when this nightmare would be over.
