Dismissed, but established the right of court appointed attorneys in parental termination cases to appeal the nonpayment of their attorney's fees to the Administrative Judge pursuant to Section 26.05 of the Texas Criminal Code

Trial Court Judgment was Reversed and Remanded by the Fifth Dallas Court of Appeals. Appeal was succesful based upon the facts of client's case. Client won a new trial.
