As a former prosecutor, I have significant trial experience in all forms of criminal cases including DWI, Marijuana, Controlled Substances, and cases involving persons facing charges for crimes relating to various forms of sexual misconduct.
The type of case I have the most experience with, however, are cases involving allegations of family violence, including: Assault, Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threat, Unlawful Restraint, Strangulation, and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. During my time as a prosecutor I was a chief of the Family Violence unit in my office and as part of my duties, I trained police officers how to properly investigate these allegations. As such, who better to know exactly how an officer failed to properly investigate these allegations and use that to your benefit in trial.
