I am a former prosecutor and I have now dedicated my practice to helping people with their problems. I handle every type of criminal case - both State and Federal. In the past I have handled DWI, drug possession, and assault cases, as well as a variety of felony offenses. If you have been arrested, call my office immediately at.

I also handle post-conviction cases - appeals from verdicts of guilty as well as writs of habeas corpus which are available when all other appeals have failed. Two cases dismissed

Mr. Lazarine represented me on two drug cases. The first case was a felony a few years back and he did a great job to get the case dismissed. Well I got arrested again a few months ago and Mr. Lazarine represented me again and that case just got dismissed as well. Hire Mr. Lazarine if you can he fights hard for his clients.

CASE DISMISSED

I was very scared about this possession case but Mr. Lazarine told me to let him work. At the end my case got dismissed. I am grateful I found him and recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Great attorney for tough situation

Mr. Lazarine helped me with a bad situation. Multiple felony cases it seemed like nothing was going my way. When we hired Mr. Lazarine to take over he was quick and kept us in the loop. I am very satisfied with the result.

DWI AND UNLAWFUL CARRY A WEAPON

If it had 10 stars I would give him 100. Mr. Lazarine went out of his way to help me and my family! I was facing two charges which he got dismissed all because I had a lapse of judgement one night while I was out of town. He was very responsive and broke the process down for me so it was easy to understand. I would def hire him again for any legal issues! He is the go to lawyer!!

The best

I was appointed Dan Lazarine as my lawyer the first time I got a case, I was scared about the consequences but after a year of him fighting in court for me , he got my case dismissed. He was really informative of everything to me & that is why I asked for him once more for another case recently & he got that one dismissed AGAIN , even tho it was a tough one . I really recommend him & would go to him again , Just incase I need a lawyer.

Amazing Lawyer

Daniel represented me in 2 charges where I was facing 4-40 years in prison. It was unfortunate circumstances and we had many hurdles to jump. But he handled everything as best as could be hoped. Excellent, honest attorney

Justice Served

Mr. Lazarine is an excellent attorney. From the moment my grandson and I met him, he was dedicated to getting justice for my grandson, even seeking ways not normally used in a case such as ours. A poor choice made by my 18 year old grandson, resulting in him assaulting a fellow student at winter guard practice on school property dictated the need for an attorney. Mr. Lazarine was referred by a co-worker and I could not be more please with his work. He was continually seeking justice for my grandson and the ultimate result of his hard work and dedication resulted in the charges being dropped. Mr. Lazarine used every legal means at his disposal to help us get the justice we were seeking. He is a consummate professional and I would/will recommend him to anyone who is seeking legal advice.

Great lawyer and great guy

Dan did an outstanding job for me on my case. He was very good at returning calls/emails and always kept me informed with his progress. His persistence, hard work, and knowledge of the law eventually led to the charge being dropped and the dismissal of my case - Class A Misdemeanor "Interfering with an Emergency 911 Call" stemming from a domestic dispute. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Friendly and Knowledgeable

Great lawyer. Knows what he is doing. He keeps you informed as well as give you valuable information about each step of the process. I like how he is down to earth and friendly. I would have lost my case without him. Many lawyers do not take on appeals that were not handled by a previous lawyer, but David Lazarine took on my case, and was able to get me a dismiss verdict. Again, wonderful lawyer.
