I am a real estate and estate planning attorney, providing practical solutions to complex matters.
I represent a wide array of parties throughout commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing lenders, purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, and landlord and tenants. My services include commercial lease and contract review, drafting, as well as negotiation; preparation of loan documents; real estate development planning; and title review, funding, and title insurance matters.
As a part of my estate planning practice, I regularly draft wills and trusts, and assist clients with probate and estate administration. I offer practical guidance through the estate planning process, to help individuals and families organize their assets, avoid unnecessary disputes, maximize the benefits of their estates to their intended beneficiaries, and ensure that a person's wishes are carried out both during their lifetime and upon their passing. The proper preparation of documents is paramount when a person desires to create an effective estate; this requires skillful drafting of Wills, Power of Attorneys (including Durable, Statutory, and Medical), Directive to Physicians (also commonly referred to as a Living Will), Declaration of Guardians, Trusts, and in some instances, a Family Limited Partnership or LLC.

A Very Effective Lawyer
