I am a lifelong Texan who grew up in the area. After law school I opened my own practice because I wanted to practice law according to my conscience. I am a strong conservative who believes that individual liberties are to be protected at all times. I enjoy representing individuals who need assistance in the courts; trial is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my practice. Additionally, I take great pride in helping people craft resolutions to their problems through mediating cases. I have enjoyed growing my practice to include my long-time interest in firearms.

My philosophy is to represent my clients using legal knowledge and skill tempered with reason and wisdom so that at the resolution of the case my clients have understood the process, been zealously represented, and have obtained the best possible result given their individual circumstances.

Review of Brice Hersom

Mr. Hersom was polite and friendly. More importantly, he was professional and knowledgeable of the law. He was able to take my negative situation and turn it into a positive. I don't put a lot of faith and trust into people and especially lawyers. I can say with 100% certainty that after this experience, he will be the only lawyer I'll use and the only lawyer I'll trust.

I'm Extremely Grateful

I had a few hiccups in my case (on my part) and Mr. Hersom still made everything go smoothly. I completed my terms of my pretrial diversion and my case was successfully dismissed. I'm extremely grateful to have had him on my side.

Very good attorney.

Brice Hersom is an excellent attorney. He was always prompt for court. Very well informed in my case. I have used Brice for both criminal and civil and he is very honest. His staff and he ALWAYS return phone calls promptly. If you need an attorney that you can trust hire him!!

One with Integrity

I find lawyers hard to trust in general. Brice handled my legal needs with honesty and integrity. He had my best interest in mind but was not afraid to be honest when I had placed unrealistic expectations on Montgomery County's judicial system. A very capable attorney that I would hire again.

Dedicated

Mr Hersom represented me on a case my ex wife brought against me. While a class C, it could have had serious implications with respect to my children. Mr. Hersom was extremely diligent and did not let distractions, endless resets, or the class c nature deter him from advocating strongly for his client (me). In the end, his patience, his attention to detail, and his knowledge of the law, led to a very positive outcome for me and my children.

Great Family Law Representation

Brice has helped me navigate the tedious process of a custody dispute and geographic restriction violation with the mother of my children. He has been very helpful and patient through the process. He has remained persistent and professional through a long process with the court. He has also managed his time well to keep cost within reason. I would recommend him as a family law attorney.

Professional, knowledgible, thorough, and effective.

The Hersom Law Firm handled my divorce and custody case. Best representation that I've experienced.

I had originally hired Mr. Hersom for a divorce matter in 2010 and continue to use his services today. I have used his services for family issues, legal representation and other issues such as a temporary restraining order. In each case, he was very knowledgeable and gave me sound advice that helped me make correct decisions in each matter. I had hired three other attorneys for different issues over the past 25 years and Mr. Hersom was more informative and helpful than the others were.

Fantastic Firm

Mr. Hersom's firm did a fantastic job on my case, I felt that he kept me informed of what was going on and was knowledgeable in the type of case I was fighting. If I am ever in need of a lawyer in the future I will definitely want to use his services again.

Good Lawyer-Slow Communications

Brice is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney. He is very confident in navigating through the courts. I felt very comfortable with his advise and counsel. He represented us well and was considerate of our long term needs and desires. My only complaint was he slow response to questions and getting feedback.
