I have been treated with the utmost fairness and informed of where i stand. Knowing that there can be justice for those unable to represent themselves ( KIDS ) This lawyer has been a life saver for my grandchildren in fighting to keep them safe. And at a reasonable price they are on top of things and are out for my best interest and im only halfway through this battle i expect great results!!

Uncomplicated divorce

Jonathan handled our divorce case by working with us through all the legal procedings and documentation. It was nice to be able to move through the process without a lot of arguing and drama.

Bottom line kind of guy with integrity, no fluff and valuable service

Jonathan was able to see through a complex asset structure and cut right to the bottom line helping solidify a plan that kept everyone at the table happy throughout the process. I would recommend him for anyone seeking no fluff legal advice from a great guy that understands the nuances involved in striking a bargain everyone can smile about. All without billing at every twist and turn. Just a good guy all around.

Excellent Up Front - Honest Attorney

Mr. Stovall handled our child custody case. He is diligent in doing what is right by his clients. He is accessable to his clients, keeps you informed and shows intrest in the matters at hand. He is up front and honest with you. He will go the distance for your cause. I highly recommend Mr. Stovall as an attorney and we would utilize his services again.

great lawyer, affordable too

Repeat client

I have used Mr. Stovall for an attorney on at least two occasions and would definitely use him again. He prepared wills for my husband and me. He also prepared a release or waiver of responsibility-an unusual situation. Dying trees leaned over my house from the yards of neighbors on each side of my property. My neighbors wanted the trees down but could not afford to have them removed. I had Mr. Stovall prepare papers for my neighbors to sign, not to hold me liable and I hired a company to take down the trees at my expense. He has also advised me on other matters. I trust him to handle any of my legal matters. Through my referral, Mr. Stovall also represented a family member in court with a favorable outcome.

Wonderful experience, good communication, very polite and professional

He was always available to answer any questions .. and answered them thoroughly. Wonderful communication through the whole process to keep my mind at ease. He offered a very reasonable price and payment plan. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jonathan.

Disappointed

I used him in a divorce. He never answered the phone. His assistant is very rude. When the temporary papers were ready I did not get them until I was sitting accross the table from my husband. I had no time to review them. I am worried that he is not fighting in my favor. Very disappointed.
