Mr. Garcia became Board Certified in Criminal Law in 1989 and has decades of experience in the criminal courts of Montgomery and Walker Counties. Gilbert G. Garcia Garcia is a member and past president of the Montgomery County Bar Association and a member and past president of the Montgomery County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Garcia received a B.A. from University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of TX School of Law. Mr. Garcia was a Captain in the JAG Corps of the US Army.
