Gilbert and his team represented me in a DWI case. There were issues in the various aspects of the event and the charge did not match the reality but nor was it entirely untrue either (a case of not all things being black and white unfortunately...the grey areas seem to be where we often find ourselv...es). However, sometimes there is little to be done but put the best foot forward. Towards these ends Gilbert did a fine job telling me what I needed to know and not just what I wanted to know. This makes all the difference and helped me approach the entire process with a sense of control and understanding. In the end the final result was quite positive and a fair administration of our laws so not only did he well represent me, but a trial was avoided and life can now go on. Throughout it all his team was very accommodating and I always always was able to contact somebody with questions and/or get immediate feedback. They take very seriously the service aspect of their role as well as the representation of your case. I cannot here say that the results will always go your way but I suspect whatever your situation is, it is likely Gilbert can get you the best results that are possible. Put all your cards on the table though, let him know what he is working with. You'll thank him in the end.

Mr. García is invaluable in achieving the best outcome for your case. Not only is he knowledgeable and focused, he also has associates who provide the same level of service to assist him. His staff is professional, prompt, and "human" in dealing with you directly. They are all exceptional and a pleas...ure to work with. Furthermore, Ms. Fran was impressive and very helpful, justifying the money I was spending. Court waiting times were minimal, communication was clear, informative and prompt! This legal team was worth the money spent. I was charged in late August and Mr. Garcia's team achieved two dismissals by March wth no problem because he knows his stuff!

Where do I begin with recommending Mr. Gilbert as your attorney...he represented my 17 year old son in a case where it was dismissed from the courts. He genuinely cared about our situation and my sons well being/future, and gave us excellent direction on how to handle the case. We followed his advice... and every suggestion on what my son should do in the interim while waiting on our court date which was what I believe to be the reason why Mr. Gilbert was able to do his job and help my son.
