E. R. (Ned) Turnbull

On February 14th our son, who just turned 17, and his friend, age 16 were walking home from another neighborhood and were falsely accused by a jogger and arrested for aggravated robbery with a lethal weapon. A class 1 Felony which carries a sentence of 20-99 years in prison. Subsequently, our son spe...nt the next 35 hours in the Harris County processing unit or jail for a lack of a better word and released after posting bond. I retained Mr. Turnbull based on the recommendation of a mutual acquaintance. I had already hired another lawyer but that attorney turned out to be downright incompetent, to the point of possibly hurting my case. Had it not been such a serious matter, it would have even been entertaining to watch Mr. Turnbull mop the floor with the opposing counsel, who was nowhere near his caliber of litigating. He had the confidence, knowledge and experience to zealously represent me. Most importantly, he was PREPARED and no matter how dismal the outcome may seem, they key to a successful representation is a lawyer’s preparation.
