If you're hiring an attorney to help you protect your child from a deadbeat dad you might want to do a little bit more research, My daughter hired this attorney to try and help her protect her son from his father that had not been in his life for many years by his own choice nor paid any child suppor...t, (some but by no means regularly and miniscule). This attorney was paid upfront and in full before he would touch her case,she went to court a few times only to have one delay after another so nothing ever got resolved, deadbeat dead ran rings around the system and he got away again. We spent all of our retirement savings so there is no more money to put forward for this so the case just ran out ,no money no case. We have no more confidence in the court system since it absolutely failed to help this single mother protect her child. I'm writing this review because she doesn't want any retaliation. We will do what we have always done since our grandchild was born which is endeavor to give him everything he needs for a happy, healthy and productive life as well as a roof over his head. It also May have been out of his realm but he is a nice person

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with this law firm that I cannot recommend to anyone. The level of incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for their clients' best interests was absolutely appalling. one of the most basic responsibilities of any law firm is filing ...proper documents. Shockingly, this firm consistently failed in this regard. It seemed as though they either didn't understand the importance of accurate filings or simply couldn't be bothered to do it correctly. Their negligence in this area significantly hindered the progress of my case and caused unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, it became painfully clear that the firm had no clue about the appropriate next steps in handling my case. It was evident that they lacked the necessary expertise and knowledge to effectively navigate the legal system. Their incompetence left me feeling frustrated, as I entrusted them with my legal matters in the hopes of receiving competent guidance. One aspect that was particularly troubling was the firm's tendency to overcharge. It became apparent that their primary focus was on squeezing as much money as possible from their clients, rather than providing quality legal services. It was disheartening to witness their blatant disregard for fairness and their willingness to exploit vulnerable individuals during their time of need. Moreover, when I dared to question them about a specific charge, their response was utterly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns with respect and transparency, they became defensive and hostile. It was evident that they lacked the patience and professionalism required to handle client inquiries. This behavior only further confirmed their lack of integrity and commitment to serving their clients' best interests. Furthermore, the paralegal assigned to my case demonstrated a complete lack of competence. Their inability to perform even the most basic tasks raised serious doubts about the firm's hiring and training practices. It was frustrating to witness such a lack of professionalism and knowledge in an individual who should be supporting the attorneys in providing quality legal services. The "lead" attorney, who is supposed to be the epitome of legal expertise, was an absolute disappointment. It was clear that their understanding of the law was questionable at best. Their indifference towards the details of my case, coupled with their sole focus on charging exorbitant fees, was deeply disconcerting. This attorney's failure to file even the simplest documents necessary to move my case forward further demonstrated their incompetence and lack of commitment to their clients. Lastly, it is important to note that when I attempted to raise concerns about the handling of my case, the firm resorted to threats and intimidation. Instead of addressing my valid questions and concerns, they attempted to silence me and discourage any further inquiries. This unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable in any legal practice. my experience with this law firm was a complete nightmare. Their inability to file proper documents, lack of understanding of legal procedures, tendency to overcharge, aggressive response to questioning, disregard for client interests, and incompetence at every level makes them a firm to be avoided at all costs. I strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to look elsewhere for competent, ethical, and client-focused professionals.

Mr. Bloodworth was the best attorney ever. He helped me with a messy divorce and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me get through a rough time. He's very thorough, he knows the law and when you walk into court with him as your attorney, he has a lot of respect within the court s...ystem. He is also blessed with a wonderful office crew. The whole experience was impressive, from the 1st day talking with him , down to the final day of court. Now, I'm constantly bragging on him and referring people to his office telling them they won't be disappointed. The whole experience with Mr. Bloodworth and his office staff was amazing, you just don't see that much these days. If you're looking for a great attorney ,Mr .
