     I am a former minister, who is married with three children and three grandchildren. Before becoming a lawyer I went through a divorce I did not want and learned the hard way that who you hire for a lawyer, really matters.  I love my children and understand deeply why "family" matters.  I fight for the truth and justice, in the middle of a crazy and mixed up world.  I believe that I am in partnership with each of my clients, I depend upon them to tell me the facts, and they depend upon me to educate them on the law and present their story to the Judge or Jury.  I believe in strong communication with my client and I have instituted procedures in my office to make sure clients know what is going on with their case.  

     The law firm as an extensive law library enabling me to research the law and obtain the most up to date analysis of the current law on a particular issue.  I also handle appellate cases, and as a result, I am personally acquainted with appellate rules, issues, and what appellate courts think about certain issues.

      I have obtained not guilty verdicts in criminal cases tried to a jury, I have obtained large judgments in civil cases, including employment discrimination cases; and while past success cannot predict future results, I consistently fight for my clients every step of the way in their case.  I work with them to prepare them and their case for trial and work to WIN every time!

Had an excellent experience
Mr. Bloodworth was the best attorney ever. He helped me with a messy divorce and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me get through a rough time. He's very thorough, he knows the law and when you walk into court with him as your attorney, he has a lot of respect within the court system. He is also blessed with a wonderful office crew. The whole experience was impressive, from the 1st day talking with him , down to the final day of court. Now, I'm constantly bragging on him and referring people to his office telling them they won't be disappointed. The whole experience with Mr. Bloodworth and his office staff was amazing, you just don't see that much these days. If you're looking for a great attorney ,Mr . I cannot say enough about how wonderful The Bloodworth Law Firm is. Mr. Bloodworth represented my husband in a child custody case. His intelligence & class in the court room is astounding. Everything worked out!
My world was completely coming apart and I needed help putting it back together. Mr. Bloodworth and his staff were there for me. Divorce and custody were going to be my focus from the time I hired him. I got frustrated along the way but I had put my trust in him and knew he wouldn't let me down. Excellent Divorce Attorney
My world was turned upside down when I learned my husband was living a double life in another state. I felt cheated, used, hurt and discarded. I felt very anxious about hiring a divorce attorney as I never researched it. I was clueless. No one ever plans to divorce! I had knew of a relative who Mr Bloodworth helped tremendously over a decade ago. I was also new in Livingston (Polk county) and I heard nothing but wonderful things about the Bloodworth Law Firm. Between Mr Bloodworth, Tina, Blaire and Rachel they were extremely helpful and sensitive in one of the most devastating and painful times in my life. I was given true and accurate legal counsel on my particular case. They are a firm of utmost integrity! I was advised on what was best for my case.... NOT what was best for their wallet. I was able to settle my case through mediation and never had to go to court!! I got the best possible outcome (which seemed impossible for months) in my divorce. Mr Bloodworth was phenomenal at making sure every detail in my divorce decree was printed correctly and all my expressed desires were taken care of. The best from the beginning
Words can not discrib what my ex was putting me through so many lawyers that I previously hired ten years straight did not one do what Mr. Bloodworth and his paralegal team did for me . They are fast ,straight to the point , so much knowledge, lots of resources, that being said saved lots of money. They may not tell u what u want to hear but its for the best interest of the kids but at the end you'll love the results they helped me get custody of my boys yes I would hire them again they helped me find my way out of the tunnel that I thought I would never be able to get out they are the best . Bloodworth is incredible! His team is outstanding and I can’t say enough to truly express how great they are. They care and it shows. They kept us informed the whole way through and made us feel comfortable when we called for help or questions. I cannot explain how blessed we were to work with him. He knows the law and made us feel protected from the very start. The transparency with their clients from the very first meeting is beautiful. An Absolite Beast!
Gave me great advice. I’ve dealt with my custody case the past five plus years and his law firm has NEVER let me down. His staff, Tina and Blaire, are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help like they did me and without whose help I never could’ve won custody of my child. There are attorneys out there who claim to fight on your behalf, and I have dealt with them, but this guy, unequivocally, is truly the epitome of someone who will get in to the ring for you and give it everything he has and more. Without Mr. Bloodworth, I would have never have been able to win custody of my seven year old. You want someone who knows his stuff, and will absolutely annihilate the other party with his strategy, eloquence, and evidence, then you hire William Bloodworth. You’d be glad you did and sorry if you didn’t.

Best lawyer
The Bloodworth law firm, including its excellent staff, recently handled a long, drawn-out divorce suit, not of my making. We have no information on why the divorce was initiated or what the other side wanted out of the settlement. All the issues were handled by the Bloodworth firm with professionalism and compassion. My situation and well-being were considered throughout the entire process. The other side was not forthcoming with information but the Bloodworth law firm persisted in gathering what information was required. A reason for the divorce was never provided. William Bloodworth and his friendly and supportive staff completed the divorce process in a fair and just manner. I would recommend the Bloodworth law firm to anyone who is looking for legal assistance

A lawyer for a lifetime :)
Going through a high conflict case for the last 7 years has been a nightmare. I did research and thought I had hired a good lawyer twice. Both times did not end well and nothing was resolved except more conflict between my ex and I. This time I promised myself to really do some research and make sure that I only concentrated on quality not price. In doing so I landed myself in Mr. Bloodworth’s office. The office staff is so sincere and very knowledgeable. I was confident in my choice of hiring their office to hopefully get the outcome I wanted to achieve. They did it! If you are needing someone to understand and fight for true justice, Mr. Bloodworth and his staff are it. Going through a divorce is so hard, but I felt so supported through the whole process. The staff and Mr. Bloodworth answered any and every question I had and were patient with me through the whole process. 5 years after my divorce, if I have a question they are quick to answer and help in any way they can. I went to Mr. Bloodworth's office needing a miracle. My children and I had recently been victims of family violence. I was in need of a divorce and protection for my kids. Mr. Bloodworth and his office staff have been a godsend. Not only was he able to help make my divorce as painless as possible, he was also able to get a protection order for my children. Additionally, he helped me get custody of them, and got me everything I asked for in the divorce. I do not want to imagine what life would be like without the help of Mr. Bloodworth. I honestly can say he has helped save our lives. His office staff is beyond amazing as well. They were with us every step of the way; To say I called frequently is an understatement. If I didn't understand something, or if I was anxious about things I would call them and they would help explain things. They did their best to help keep me worry free. Thanks to Mr. Bloodworth and his staff, we are able to move on from this difficult stage of our lives. We are now able to start over and live a life free of abuse. Mr. Bloodworth and his staff helped me work through the process of leaving and overcoming an emotionally and physically abusive relationship, while maintaining both the safely of my young daughter and myself. Mr. Bloodworth, Rachel, and Tina were not only professionally available but also personal and understanding of the difficult time I was going through. They took the time to explain and listen to me as well as help me understand the severity of my situation when fear dictated my thoughts and I had lost all sense of normalcy. My emails and calls were returned within hours (usually within the hour) and my questions were always thoroughly addressed and answers explained. A job well done. He is very professional.keep you up to date, returns your calls, respond to your emails. I was telling my brother I had the best attorney one could ever have and he said I bet he not better than the attorney I had 23 years ago and I said what you wanna bet he said no way he is better than Mr Bloodworth in Huntsville(Tx) I jumped up and down yelling and screaming really!! Really!! I said that who I'm talking about, that's my attorney, he is whom I'm talking g about and my brother said he is the best in the world. So I must tell you all if you want the best look no father because Mr Bloodworth and his team will let you tell them what you want them to do and they get the job done. I must say they schooled me and prepared me how and what to expect in a court room. The best attorney ever.
