Mr. Garcia agreed to try to clean separate felony and misdemeanor charges off our son's record at a discounted price for the two. He further explained the errors made by others in filing and reviewing the charges, and was realistic in his assessment of our chances for the judges to agree to the moti...on for non-disclosure. I believe it was his knowledge and professionalism that the motion for the felony non-disclosure was granted last year. He advised we wait until this year for the second charge, and I just received an email from his legal assistant. Mr. Garcia had filed a motion for nondisclosure, the DA agreed, the judge signed it, and it was attached to the email! My son didn't even need to appear in court.
