When I was arrested for a DWI in November, I felt extremely helpless. They got a warrant for my blood and the result was extremely high and I felt as if I was going to be convicted of a crime that would tarnish my record and completely change my future. I have high ambitions and have worked very ha...rd to be at the place that I am right now in my career and I only want to continue and go further in the future. Having this on my record might have meant that I would be unable to pursue certain career and personal goals that I have worked so hard to achieve. When I was referred to Jed Silverman, I was at the point that I felt so lost and confused about the legal system and my case that I was contemplating just pleading out. Even though I knew that I was being wrongfully accused, I did not see any other way since the State had claimed my blood was at a BAC of .172. This would have meant that I would have been at a BAC of .20 through .24 at the point of arrest! This was absolutely untrue but I felt cornered and out of options—who would believe me over the prosecutor and the blood test. After 8 months of preparation, we went to trial. I could not have asked for a better attorney. Jed Silverman fought harder for my freedom than I thought possible. He not only is a firm believer in the legal process but he is also a man who fights for people to see the truth. He made the jury see the disconnect between my video and the BAC level that he State claimed they got from my blood. For three days he vigorously represented me and went beyond my expectations. I have always been passionate about the law but there have been times that I have felt the system was corrupt. He made me realize that there are still attorneys out there that represent their clients and the law in such a truthful and passionate way. He gave me hope that even with all the politics and corruption you see in the system, there is still a fighting chance for people like me. He used his legal knowledge and his genuine passion for his clients and after three days of trial, I got a “Not Guilty” verdict from the Jury. I want to be clear that even if I had been convicted, I would recommend Jed Silverman to any person in my situation. He gave me hope in a hopeless situation and I can single-handedly thank him and his partner for giving me the chance to continue and work my way up to where I want to be in my future. He forever changed my life and I WOULD WITHOUT A DOUBT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

I amthankful I went and followed a good friends advice on getting Mr. Jed Silverman as my defense attorney over a DUI charge. Mr. Silverman and his team treated me with respect and courteousness. Through patience and diligence, Mr. Silverman was able to dismiss my case, even when my charge seemed l...ike an open and close case. Although blood was drawn and there seemed no light at the end of the tunnel for being almost 3 times over the legal limit. .... This lawyer has done his homework. His team of professionals literally gave me the second chance i needed. They saw my cases through to the end and were consistant with their follow ups. I was comfortable with Jed, he is more than fair and was willing to work with me. He handled 2 first degree felony... cases for me. When all was said and done I signed for two years deferred probation for a class A misdemeanor. I was just let off probation a week ago. It took me almost a year when my case has finally come to an end. It all started in March of last year when it happened. I was terrified to death and have no idea what happen that day will changed my life forever... When they finally announce my verdict "Not Guilty" i couldn't help but cried for joy! Its like a heavy burden has been lift up off me! And i have not realized that "Freedom" is so precious in one's person life until its about to be taken away from me! Words cannot express how thankful i am to Mr Jed Silverman. Because of what he did, i now can wake up with peace of mind and move on with my life and be with my family. Not only that i am grateful to have Mr Jed Silverman as my lawyer but i consider myself bless enough as one of so many that Mr Jed Silverman had helped and touch their lives.....
