What, Jed Ross Silverman, did for me??? That's a great question and I can not tell you my story in the 4,000 characters or less that I'm allowed here to describe my experience with him and all that transpired... The short answer would be that He gave me my life back... When I was accused of committin...g an infraction of the law, Jed Ross Silverman, gave me a voice. He ensured that my story was not one sided. Were it not for him I could have been screaming at the top of my lungs through a megaphone and yet my voice would have fallen on deaf ears. As a result of the arrest I immediately lost my job that I had been at for almost 20 years. I lost my home, my car, and my independence. Needless to say that I felt alone and afraid of what was to come next. Not knowing what to do to begin sorting out my problem I walked into Ms. Silverman's office and told him my story. After listening to what I had to say I asked Mr. Silverman if He thought I had a chance at winning. He looked at me and said "I have a lot of experience dealing with your type of case. However, I do not have a 'Magic silver bullet' to kill this animal with, but I can tell you this. If you fight there's a chance you might beat this, but if you don't there's a 100% chance that they will find you guilty." His honesty and directness was comforting to me. I consider myself to be very direct and honest, so that's a character trait that I highly respect in a person. I hired him immediately. Mr. Silverman took my case and got to work. He went behind the scenes and uncovered all the wrongful accusations, mistakes in police procedures, and behavior unbecoming of an officer of the law. At trial Ms. Silverman was extremely prepared not missing a single detail or point associated with my defense. It was clearly evident that Ms. Silverman did his homework. So much so that at one point during my trial the arresting officer in my case had to stop and think before answering any questions. I remember turning to Ms. Silverman and asking him "Why is the officer hesitating before answering any questions?". To which he replied "He has to think about his answer because he's afraid of committing purgery ", Wow!!! My side of the story was being heard was all I could think. Ultimately, what I'm trying to communicate to anyone that is considering hiring Mr. Silverman is to not over think it. There are so many attorneys out there that one can waste precious time trying to pick the right one. If you need an attorney that will give you a voice, loves to win, and has an extremely strong work ethic the choice is clear, Mr. Jed Ross Silverman, is the way to go. To those of you reading this, my case was won by Mr. Silverman in April of 2015. When we were walking out of the court room I asked Jed (we were on a first name basis by then) if there was a way I could rite a review of him? He told me "AVVO, You can write a review for me there." Well, today is 04/03/18 almost 3 years to the day since Jed won my case. Why I never wrote this earlier I don't know, but today I'm writing this review from my new home. My job that I lost as a result of the arrest was returned to me the very next day after Jed came back with a "Not Guilty" Verdict. My life is restored to normal and I give all the credit to God for putting Jed Ross Silverman in my path. Thank you too, Jed, for working so hard for me. I am eternally greatful. Jed's profile picture on this site has a pic of him next to a German Shepherd, how appropriate, I think. German Shepherd's are know for being highly protective and excellent guard dogs. Qualities that you will find in Jed. However, if Jed were a dog I don't think he would be a full blooded German Shepherd because, believe me, this man has a lot of Pitbull in him too. He is vicious when it comes to defending and guardian his clients.

Mr. Silverman was able to get my case dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor with no jail time and a sealed record. His entire legal staff and secretaries were professional, helpful and highly knowledgeable in the their feild. Thank you for the effort put into making sure we received the best outcome....

My wife and I are so grateful to Jed Silverman. My verdict on 8/22/2016 was Not Guilty after a tough trial in a Montgomery County Courthouse. This courthouse had not seen a Not Guilty Verdict in 2 years. I honestly believe Jed is the best criminal lawyer there is. Jed demolished every witness and ar...gument the prosecution presented with a deep understanding of the law, an impeccable logic and revealing the incongruity of the prosecution statements and the evidence. Trial was my only option. It was a tough trial that the prosecution fought until the very end. The closing speech gave the jurors the right guideline on how to do their job correctly and sentence accordingly. Today, I write this review while I enjoy my freedom thanks to this man.

No words can express my gratitude for Jed Silverman’s service. Due to a mountain of legal issues, this was considered an all-or-nothing case which Jed was able to turn into a resounding victory. Jed is the guy you want. I admired being able to have direct transparency and clear communication with my attorney without the worry that I may be judged, shamed, or embarrassed. He really made me feel comfortable at all times and I never doubted him. Jed did not just know the implications of my case; he also understood the consequences for my future as well. I was charged with a very high degree felony and faced decades in prison, but thanks to Jed, I am free. He was able to prove my case before the court and in the end, justice prevailed.

I would recommend Jed Silverman to ANYONE, without hesitation. I found Jed online, had never needed a lawyer before, I felt in over my head. I felt positive that I made right choice after our first meeting. After hearing my story, he checked the dossier of the other party, reassured me and gave me an... outline of what to expect. I listened, went to every court date, He or one of his colleagues met me there, it felt good to have such respected people in my corner. My case turned out exactly as he said, which speaks to his solid experience, knowledge of legal process and understanding of human nature. Inadvertently, several times I was asked who my lawyer was, by various people from court personnel to other lawyers to bonds people, each time I was pleased to get a gesture or exclamation of surprise of approval that," one of the Siverman brothers," was an excellent choice in representation. My case was, categorized,"assault with a deadly weapon." A felony, I believe. In my opinion defending my family, however, Jed Silverman got it reduced to a misdemeanor. Several hours of community service, one year probation which was only six months, due to my excellent behavior. He may not be the most inexpensive, but I learned a long time ago, you get what you pay for.
