I hired Mr. Podolsky after meeting with several lawyers. He was recommended by a friend. I was arrested for a felony drug case and a misdemeanor drug case in Fort Bend. I was caught in my car with drugs after being pulled over for speeding. I was looking at up to 20 years on the felony drugs. I ha...d been in trouble when I was younger so I was panicked. I hired Brett and he worked on the case for over a year. He was immediately able to get the misdemeanor pot case thrown out. And after a year of fighting with the DAs he got the felony thrown out as well! I don’t know how he did it but he kept telling me to be patient and hold out.
