Robb has worked on my Federal case for 5 years, the outcome today was spectacular. NO JAIL TIME. Great attorney

One of the best Attorneys in Houston

First, I want to say thank you Mr. Fickman. For the past 3 years Robert has been my counsel, and never once did he not believe in me. He showed me compassion, heart, motivation and many more amazing traits that he had to offer. At times I wasn't the best client to have due to frustration, but he stayed patient and confident. He is understanding of the clients wishes and is without a doubt great at giving advice. He and his team spent countless hours going through documents, filing motions, speaking with family and myself. When the pandemic happened, he didn't stop fighting or working the case when the world halted. He pushed through like a tank of freedom. I always felt like she genuinely cared about me and was working hard to help keep this from ruining my life. You feel well represented. I never could have imagined I’d need a criminal defense attorney, but I’m very happy I found him. God bless Robb Fickman

Mr. Fickman was recommended to me after an error in judgment (aka breaking the law) landed me in criminal court. There is so much going on in a criminal case, hiring someone out of a phone book just won't do. After the first several hour long consultation we discussed the fee and that was what it was throughout the year long ordeal. The ability of Mr. Fickman to maneuver through the entire process helped me maintain my calm. One has to remember that the lawyer is more than just someone whom will represent them. I learned that the lawyer is the intermediary with the DA. I believe Mr. Fickman's professionalism was the ingredient that that helped to get the case dismissed. His having an excellent assistant went a long way, as well. Martha was the icing on the cake for his services. Thank you, Mr. Fickman (and Martha).

Need more stars to put on this review

My brother Tadeo was looking to 25 years minimum to life in prison for assault on a peace officer. Granted he has an extensive criminal background from violent crimes to sexual assault. I am glad a friend referred us to him best investment ever. After consulting several attorneys all of which recommend he plead out we are glad we hired Mr. Fickman. Mr Fickman we are forever grateful and by the way my brother had his charges dismissed and is a free man.

Great Guy and Attourney who fights for you!

Mr. Fickman took my case and did everything possible to make sure the outcome was a positive one for me. In the end, after completing all of the steps I was asked to do by the courts, my case was ultimately dismissed. I couldn't have asked for anymore more real and understanding. I would definitely recommend Mr. Fickman.

Profesional and Experienced. Great as a Defense Sexual Assault Attorney

Very experienced lawyer. Hired Mr. Fickman to represent my dad in a Sexual Assault case. Such case got dismissed at the Grand Jury. The lawyer informed us of every step during the 7-month process and was always honest and profesional. Hope to never have to hire again but in a situation like the one we had this is a lawyer that will have your back and fight his hardest for his clients interests.

Gets the job done

From the initial consultation, Robb was very thorough and very personable. Given the circumstance and possible outcomes with a possibility of an upgraded charge, he helped me get what exactly I had in mind prior to hiring him. No Bill

I consulted with Robb after an intrusion/robbery that ended in a shooting. Robb was very thorough, but also very realistic about possible outcome. He covered all the details very specific to make sure nothing was left out. He presented character witness's along with a detailed package. The grand jury ruled " No Bill" Thanks Robb for your attention to details!

Mr. Fickman handled our case with compassion and patience. He demonstrated a solid understanding of the court systems and procedures, and an appreciation for legal strategy. The accusation goes amiss, Fickman gets the case dismissed

Mr Fickman is the best lawyer in Houston. He is a respectable and reputable lawyer who has no fear in defending his clients against a biased justice system who abuses minorities and the poor. I hired Mr Fickman to represent my son on a drug related case. He immediately took the bull by the horns and used his investigative and research skills to find out the case was tainted and as a result the case was dismissed. Working man

Mr. Fickman was very knowledgable about my case. He was careful to explain things to me and my family. On one occasion he came to us instead of us coming to him, in so doing he retrieved useful information and made this client even more confident and comfortable. He was always firm, yet reassuring. He didn't make false promises, he was open and honest, and always worked his absolute hardest for me.

An Attorney you can Trust, The Best!

Based on my experience with Robert Fickman, I would highly recommend him as a defense attorney. Robb was prepared and efficient. He worked very hard to defend my son. One bad choice can ruin your record. But, Thanks to Robert Fickman he was a life saver. My son had never been in any kind of trouble and we wanted to keep his record clean. One thing I noticed about Robb was that every time I walked with him in the courthouse, he was greeted with respect by the other attorneys. This said much to me about Robb's character and reputation.
