He’s the man
I was charged with a felony dwi. A child was in the car and I had prior dwi’s. My blood was taken not by choice and Brett Podolsky got the whole thing dismissed! Not reduced. Not deferred. DISMISSED!!!! Trust me... hire him.

DIFFICULT DWI DEFENSE
Brett was hired for more than one DWI offense. In fact he was in negotiations on one when another occurred. It was difficult already because there had been previous offenses in the past. He fought for our family member and helped him get the best outcome possible. We are very greatful.

Very caring, very professional and smart as hell
I was charged with a dwi felony and didn't know what the hell to do. Brett explained everything in an easy way and basically told me to relax he and his team had this. Almost a year later I have just a dwi misdemeanor NO FELONY! I thought I was going to jail for sure. Love this lawyer and his team
