Kind but fierce. An absolute force to be reckoned with.

I would like to be clear that Nicole was appointed to me by the court system. Despite being one of the best attorneys in the state, she dedicates her time to help those who can not afford it. She is a truly kind and genuine person who clearly seeks the best in those she comes in contact with. After d...ealing with the Federal criminal justice system, her efforts were able to give me a second chance. I could never fully express how grateful I am to have had her help. Whenever I would drop her name, everyone knew who she was and would always follow it with, "she's one of the best." I don't personally believe in a higher power, but after how fortunate I was to have had her represent me, I am starting to reconsider it.

Nicole and associates couldn't have been a better answer to a prayer. They helped get an unknown case from 9 years ago that had been completely unaware of rightly dismissed. She did it calmly, respectfully a honestly, and with great support for myself. If ever I need or know someone who needs someon...e in their corner, this firm will be my go to answer. Thanks again!

Meticulously skillful, tenacious Legal Warrior!!!

My case had previously been dismissed and was re-filed by the DA after I sought an expungement of my record. I was referred to Nicole by the attorney handling my motion to expunge. I truly believe the Good Lord answered my prayers the moment he led me to Hochglaube & DeBorde, P.C. Over the last ...3.5 years, Nicole has diligently fought on my behalf and successfully got my case dismissed. She and her team of legal professionals not only supported me in my legal battle but also throughout the personal ordeal of caring for my wife as she battled cancer. I am truly overjoyed that my case was dismissed yet again and my family and I can move forward with our lives. Nicole and her team truly set the standards all legal professionals ought to emulate. Cannot recommend more. A++++

Nicole and staff were some of the most professional attorney's I've ever dealt with (and I work within legal circles). Quick and easy communication. Updates at every turn. Also one of the pluses is the flat rate despite amount of work so there are no surprises. She appears to know the local courts/ a...ttorneys so is well suited to represent you personally and is trusted. I hope to never need her services again but would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else in a bind.

When you need a foxhole buddy, Nicole was there!

Nicole and her team where great from the time charges where filed till the prosecutor dismissed the cases. Communication was always amazing I never felt I was in the dark about anything which was comforting in my case. 100% would recommend Nicole for anyone in need of a criminal attorney.
