I hired Mark Lane for my divorce and had a very hard time getting answers from anyone about my case. They will definitely have no issues charging you monthly on your credit card. But when you ask for a statement of your charges good luck getting one. When you finally get one you will quickly learn th...ey will charge you outrageous amounts for emails, phone calls, and for them to even leave a voicemail saying they are finally calling you back. They will even charge you for a phone call asking for a statement. I went to a hearing an did not even know what my lawyer looked like because I never got to talk with him or see him in his office. I had to get someone in the court room to point out who Mark Lane was. My first impression of him was not very good. He seemed very non-interested in even talking to me. He was very arrogant and appeared to not even know what was going on with my case. Well to make a long story short I'm still not divorced and the lawyer filed a non-suit. I feel like I have been raked over the coals by this attorney and the bad part is I'm left paying a huge bill with no results. It's in your best interest to not hire this attorney!

So the father of my children decided I wasn't fit to be a parent anymore because instead of letting them go with him while he was drunk, I asked him to sober up. Ah but nobody gets to tell him what to do. So he decides on his next visit he is just going to take them and not give them back. I don't ev...er want my children to be away from their father I just don't want them to be in danger because of his mistake. Instead of talking about he runs with them and hides them. My problem was we never made an actual agreement we just had a trust that is broken now. My mother searched high and low for someone to handle this mess. She googled Custody attorney and she found the BEST!!! Not only did he get my children back he made sure that their father understood he can't just do what he wants when he wants. At first it wasn't easy, especially court... He bad mouthed me in front of everyone. Little did he know Mark cared about what is said to his clients. He went to the judge and the judge called him up to the stand and he left with his tail between his legs. Now we have an agreement in writing that neither of us will break. Thank you Mark for bringing my kids home!

If it were fair I would pay it. But I have my son all the time and I was paying for him to go and party and enjoy himself. I thought it was set in stone. Until i googled it and marks name came up. I made a consultation, sat down and I thought okay he may have a lot of cases under his belt but he has never messed with someone like my wife. HAHAHA I was so wrong! We went to court the first time and she made a fool of herself, He ate it up!!! He ate her lunch! She tried to tell them that I never let her do anything, that I kept her away from her friends and family (what???) Mark showed the court the evidence I had and showed them that I am not that guy and that she is just crazy. The best thing is all through this divorce Mark was there for me and he made me comfortable. If you need a fighter then you need Mark.
