Let me start by explaining the part where I have been fighting my way through the legal system(with a custody case) for almost 5 years now. I have a case that seemed impossible to “win,” and quite frankly, I just knew it would never end. I had lawyers that always left me feeling lost, scared, skeptic...al and just plain overwhelmed! After 4 years of working with them, I knew something had to change. When I tell you that Sarah is a living Angel, I am NOT exaggerating. I have a case other attorneys were too scared to take on, and Sarah not only took it, but she exceeded what would be considered “work” for any other lawyer. She was the advocate every person needs in their life! A case that has been going on for 5 years, she cleaned up and got me to a place I never thought I’d be in the matter of 2 months... and then KEPT GOING, to make sure I could live in peace afterwards. She went up against some of the best litigators is the business, and made them look like beginners! And, Sarah always reminds me that I am strong and that I deserved favor in the situation.. and that, to me, was the most amazing part.

After years of having no hope with getting to see my children more, Sarah was able to help with that. She was very kind, she was honest, she was so easy to talk to and very understanding. She was so helpful when it came down to explaining the law. She was able to turn My standard possession into 50/5...0 custody with my children’s mother, it was all within 5 months and she was on point witH everything. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years and none of them have impressed me like Seltzer & Dally. I have high expectations and expect an attorney to be knowledgeable, hardworking, and communicative. Sarah has exceeded all of my expectations. I also really appreciate her communication style of k...eeping her team informed so there isn't a single point of failure. My case is definitely abnormal since I am active duty military and living outside of the state and have a very complex case which includes Texas having to interpret Hawaii law for child support after a child turns 18.
