While in law school, he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Baylor Law Review, and was on the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Team twice. He received numerous awards, including the Matt Dawson Trial Advocacy Award, the Abner McCall Senior Award, and was named Baylor Outstanding Law Student. Prior to law school, Eric served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently in private practice at the Beal Law Firm, where he practices Exclusively Family Law.

Outstanding divorce lawyer
I came to Mr. Beal in a time of need. I explained my situation and that I was in trouble . I had been married for over 20 years and it was going to be nasty. He and his team went to work. The team and Mr. Beal explained things and stayed ahead of every counter offer. It was a real mess. Went there was false information passed to the government, they stepped in, took care of the situation and save me several thousand dollar. Mr. Beal and the team kept me informed all the way through the process. Nobody likes going through a divorce, but when you are down and out, it is great to have someone in your corner. It's not about the money, it's the peace of mind that you will be taken care of along the way and be represented by a strong and caring team.

International issue
As my ex-husband is European, it was important for me to find the appropriate law firm that could understand my legal needs. I required certain documentation to be presented to the courts in Berlin because the divorce took place in Texas. Eric Beal's law firm was able to deliver - and in a timely manner. This was my second time to engage a law firm on the same matter because the first firm did not understand what I needed. Jessica Juarez is an amazing attorney! She is straight forward and also compassionate. I highly recommend this law firm.

This was a great experience…. Well as good as a custody battle could be. Andrew was compassionate, understanding and no nonsense. He was always clear on what was possible and what wasn’t. Amazing law firm
I have been through a legal battle to have the parental rights revoked for children’s father. Andrew McAlester has been absolutely amazing in this crazy and tedious process. The judge put us through every single obstacle possible and through it all Andrew kept me informed of what our next step was and ensured I stayed protected throughout the process. Andrew is the best lawyer I’ve had going through child custody issues hands down! I was able to completely trust him through this process. I highly recommend Andrew McAlester for any custody issues!

Top Notch Representation - Patricia Jay
Patricia Jay was my attorney at Beal Law Firm and she came highly recommended to me. I am more than grateful that I retained her as my attorney and she agreed to represent me. During our consultation appointment she was thorough and took time to learn about my situation in order to help achieve the best outcome that I desired. Ms. Jay was great about taking time to explain legal documents and legal jargon. She not only had the best interest for me but also for my daughter, which is what meant the most to me. She along with her staff are very responsive, hard workers and always keep you in the loop of things . Andrew McAlester was the best
Andrew McAlester was our attorney. I wish I could give 5 thousand stars! Such a professional, responsive, ethical, articulate lawyer. Phenomenal litigator. We were facing a contentious, complicated, military divorce. Andrew was so thorough, honest and ethical. Everyone in the firm, from the legal assistants etc, they were responsive, flexible and made themselves available. I want to emphasize, Andrew is honest, even if it’s not the answer I wanted to hear - he was all about keeping us out of trouble. He was very quick correcting what we thought we could handle on our own (ie: how we filed, when we filed, and what we filed). He possesses the utmost integrity. I can’t recommend this firm and attorney enough. He took a 10 year battle (prior to Beal Law Firm involvement) and settled it in 7 months. Don’t try to go at it alone, he will keep you informed, educated, protected and out of trouble.

Professional Expert Divorce Lawyer
I can't sing the praises of Beal Law Firm loud enough! They are compassionate, realistic and best of all they know family law like the back of their hand. They always steered me straight and kept my costs down. Every time the other lawyer brought motions they defended me and won through efficient and thorough research. I am not a fan of lawyers and the litigious turn our society has taken but Eric, Constance and the rest of their team made my experience as painless as it could be and I would recommend them to anyone. They aren't in it to run up your bill; they are there to get you the best outcome. Their honesty and integrity are without reproach. 5 stars!

Cassidy was great! I would definitely recommend her and Beal Law Firm in the future. First of all Beal is an excellent firm. Throughout the entire process I felt like I had the support of the entire team. On multiple occasions other members of the team would help with my case and answer questions, and not because I was being passed around but because the issue or question fit their particular expertise. It really felt like the team worked well together and all had my best interest in mind. Secondly and most importantly Cassidy did an outstanding. Saying that you are happy with the outcome of a divorce is a bit of a misnomer but given the circumstance I can honestly say Cassidy did a great job making sure I was happy with the outcome. This was especially impactful to me and I appreciate Cassidy's approach on this. The items and issues that were important to me were not necessarily the things that are easily measured and "scored" in a divorce but they were important to me and Cassidy recognized that and made sure they were what she focused on regardless what some divorce scorecard would say. In the end I was extremely happy with the results and with Cassidy as my attorney.

I have the privilege of knowing Eric Beal personally. When a difficult time came in my life I knew I could trust him to help me make decisions I never thought I would have to face in my marriage. The moment I stepped foot into his office, I instantly felt at home with his staff. I knew I made the right decision on choosing my representation. Knowing that you have people on your side to help you make the best decisions for you and your children is the most comforting feeling. Eric and Constance made sure I understood each and every document but most importantly they made sure I was confident in my decision. Best attorney ever!
I went to Eric several years ago with my case when I had no one to turn to. He was full of knowledge and actually cared about what would happen to me and my family if I didn't get the right representation. To be honest, Eric was and is still charging less than he's actually worth for his years of experience. He is not out for your money. Had it not been for his legal advice, I would not be happily married right now. Thank you, Eric!
