This attorney has changed his original response that stated “the court did not act in the best interest of the minor child” to trying to save face and lie about me. Yes he claimed a conflict of interest with my spouse. There may have been. However that ...is no excuse for mishandling my case. My daughter attempted suicide requiring medical attention and hospitalization after this attorney handled my case. I was Active duty military at the time of the case (since I have retired). And he not only took multiple thousands of dollars from me I. Fees he has not once tried to apologize for the irrevocable damage that his office caused my daughter nor me. Absolutely run from this attorney.

I hired Mark , for a divorce it was a costly horrible divorce that because of reconciliation off and on it lasted approximately 6 1/2 yrs . I payed Mark thousands of dollars over that period of time - divorce can be costly and if you want prime rib and all the fixens then you gotta pay for it . O...k here it is , (1 ) I could of changed attys anytime . I’m a retired cattle rancher ( hands on ) and retired airline pilot - and I don’t take crap off anyone and if I do - I have to sure respect them . Mark will tell you … “Shut Up and listen !” When its needed … he will call you ask how you are when you have surg and ask if you need anything?and mean it - He will listen when your discouraged at the same time keep your skin thick because divorce isn’t for the weak . Yes … I had very heated discussion with him when I didn’t agree - all but once that I remember he was right and I was not quite right . That’s what I was paying him for ! I didn’t need a lot of bedside manner - I wanted to open and maintain a can of Whoop A.. and he did but smooth flowing just enough and he cooled my jets when needed ( often ) . If I called .. he answered , if I needed to ask a question he answered it - sometimes he told me … “let me work …this is costing you $” ( when I was over managing ) he’d tell me “I got this . “ I used mark to pound the beach with the heavy artillery soft up the enemy and I mean nobody gonna mess with you in or out court house if he’s your atty … seriously ! It’s been yrs now since …. I got the divorce :) I was going through my phone and saw his number .. texted him and just as when I was paying him thousands $ he answered my text and he’s there if I need .. I’m telling you I’m sold - I’d hire him again - I like him as a person and I like when it comes to him as my atty I could look away and he’s got it . He’s better as a leader / teammate than your opposing counsel so hire him and listen , he’s got it ! just let him work !!!!! RG

I retained Mark after having a very awful experience (very costly too) with another attorney. His office is very timely, very professional and caring. My court/mediation experience went very well and I highly recommend his services. He knows his business well but is also a good Christian man. Look no... further if you need a good family lawyer.

Not only is Mark Lane a poor attorney he is a soulless human being. He was defending me for my divorce and ended up suing me for payment of services he never rendered. Look through these reviews. He has a hired a reputation defender service to create mock reviews to keep his rating up. Sift through ...the reviews and you'll find the truth about this angry little man.

My wife (now ex) and I started off great for a couple years then out of no where she changed. It was partying and going wild every couple of days, too the point of where I couldn't even stand to be around her. I went with her to her nights out with everyone in hopes I could keep her safe (it didn't m...atter!!) she constantly started fights with people, I found out she was getting into drugs and even fooling around with other guys (right in front of me!) we would talk I would try to be understanding not bringing up a divorce but she would tell me if you don't like then just leave. We tried counseling but she always made it look like she was this trapped housewife. SHE GOT EVERYTHING SHE WANTED!! I spoiled her. Then I got tired of it. I got Marks card from a friend and they told me you want to make it happen then you need to call this guy. I made a consultation, sat down and I thought okay he may have a lot of cases under his belt but he has never messed with someone like my wife. HAHAHA I was so wrong! We went to court the first time and she made a fool of herself, He ate it up!!! He ate her lunch! She tried to tell them that I never let her do anything, that I kept her away from her friends and family (what???) Mark showed the court the evidence I had and showed them that I am not that guy and that she is just crazy. The best thing is all through this divorce Mark was there for me and he made me comfortable. If you need a fighter then you need Mark.
