Mark Allan Anderson

Mark A. Anderson has been practicing personal injury law in Fort Worth since 1991. Mark grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Boswell High School. He is also a graduate of Texas Tech University and received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Baylor University School of Law in 1991. While at Baylor, Mark served as Editor in Chief of the Baylor Law Review.

The son of two school teachers, Mark was influenced by his parents to make a positive change in people’s lives. Shortly after graduating law school, Mark initially represented large corporations but quickly became unfulfilled by the work. He wanted to work in an area of law where he could use his skills in debate and advocacy to represent the underdog and make a difference. So, he found his true passion - representing the "little guy" against the big insurance company and began practicing personal injury law.

For more than twenty years, Mark has fought for the rights of injury victims. What sets Mark apart from most attorneys is his ability to understand the true needs of his clients.

“I devote an incredible amount of time to making my law practice a place where injury victims can feel relieved from the stress of these claims. Over the years, I have learned that while clients hire me to win them compensation, what they appreciate more is the personal service my staff and I aim to provide. To my clients, just knowing that someone is out there fighting for them means a ton,” Mark said.

Besides winning millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, Mark has been recognized by as a Super Lawyer by Thompson Rueters and by Fort Worth Magazine as a Top Attorney and is rated at the highest legal of professional excellence by his peers and thus honored with the prestigious AV Rating by the Martindale Hubbard rating system. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization – a certification that is only achieved by two percent of the licensed attorneys in Texas. Mark has been published by the Texas Bar Journal.

Mark keeps a relaxed atmosphere at the Anderson Injury Lawyers. He feels like his clients are more comfortable in this atmosphere than in a traditional “stuffy” law firm environment. In keeping with this relaxed atmosphere, Mark often brings his cherished Golden Retriever (Andie) to work with him. Over the years, many clients have come to know and love Andie and ask about her if she does not promptly greet them.

Mark very much enjoys running, and has completed several marathons, including ones held in Chicago, New York, San Diego, Long Beach, Las Vegas and Dallas.
