Great Lawyer - horrible staff representing him

The staff at Mark Lanes office is the worst! I would not ever recommend anyone to Mr Lane for any type of service. It's a shame Mark is pretty good at what he does however has a bad office personnel RUDE up for most. I hate for such a great attorney not be aware of the type of little girls he has ru...nning his office as they are who represent him just the worst customer service EVER! I am being charged for services not done to make matters worst I seem to not be able to get the receivables or billing manager to call me or a decent person to return any of my calls.

This is completely untrue, this is nothing more than a billing dispute. This client does not want to pay her bill and refuses to provide a current address to send one to. We continually receive mail back. Our staff is attentive and knowledgable and go above and beyond the call to help clients. Unfortunately, some clients are just not satisfied with the results of their case and blame everyone else. It's a shame that AVVO.com would post a review that is false.

Mark saved my mom!!!

After reading a lot of the reviews on here and on some other sites I gotta tell you everything that has been about Mark isn't deserved. I saw some bad reviews and still went to see him because he does a free consult and when we (my mother and I) walked into his office he was walking by and he persona...lly greeted me and made me feel welcomed which was special because of the situation.. We sat in the waiting room for a few minutes and my mother got more and more nervous about being there until we got into the meeting room and she got this rush of peace over her. My dad was divorcing her after 25 years of marriage for whatever reason. Mark is making this so easy for her. He sits with her and talks to her about everything. at one point i thought he was having girl talk with her hahaha! Thank you so much Mark!!!

Absolutely the best in Fort Worth!

It is a major factor in life choosing to get divorced but Mark Lane and his staff created a warm, comfortable environment for me. He made it a smooth transition and kept me up to date on everything I needed. Thank you!

Custody case gone wrong!

If you are looking for someone who will make sure you aren't taken advantage. Marks your guy. I was told over and over that I was gonna get my butt handed to me because I'm a father trying to get custody of my children. Sure enough mark stomped that junk right out. My boys deserve to be takin care o...f and not pushed to the side. Mr. Lane you have my utmost thanks!

Could it be easier!

Found out she was cheating on me I wasn't mad I was betrayed... Went to see mark he listened to my story and said there's something else going on with her.. Wouldn't you know it she gave herself bruises saying I did it and when they checked her out they determined it was self inflicted! Thank you for... helping me get away and cut all ties with her!!!
