He was my divorce lawyer, and he charged me for every phone call, every email, any follow-up paperwork I had to ask about, or any contact with his office in general. This was all in addition to the retainer. He spoke to me once, and then on I only spoke to his PAs. After the divorce was done and I no longer needed his services, he threaded to sue me when my final cost was $3,000 more than I was told it would be and I told him I could not pay it all up front. I had to charge it all on credit cards to avoid a law suit. Definitely would not recommend.

the staff was wonderful, Mark was amazing but a little intimidating but that helped when my ex showed up during mediation... He walked in and tried to make me say what he wanted until Mark caught him and ripped him a new one.

All I wanted was help for my divorce! I wish it was a dream cause I was more depressed. My money went right in his pocket. After I told him our house was on the market, thats all it took for him to squeeze the life out of me! He gave me a price to hire him and said I could not afford to hire him. He then proceeded to tell me, I'm on your side and you won't have to pay a penny. So I felt confident that he would help me. A year later and after getting only 5 phone calls from his staff, he set up a mediation date and said your divorce will be final at that time. I was overwhelmed. During mediation, he decides to pull out his blue prints of his new add on to his house and showed it to me, I'm thinking, "Nice"! At the end of it all, he pulls out an itemize bill of charges that I'm suppose to pay him of 26k, that was from my house that was sold. Mark didn't do anything for me but tell me that my ex is paying child support and will pay the balance on a major credit card, which NEVER HAPPENED and ruined my credit! Thanks Mark!
