Do Not Hire - Worst Family Law Attorney, Ever!

He was a terrible attorney and I regret retaining his services for my divorce. He couldn't even finish handling my divorce before he withdrew his services. You have to leave a credit card or bank account on file with him so that he can charge you whatever he wants to without even sending you an invoi...ce. He doesn't do anything that he says he's going to do. You cannot ever contact him. He does not act in your best interest. He doesn't request discovery from the other party. He tries to shortcut and rush through Mediation trying leave out all of the important issues that must be addressed. He tries to force you to sign the Settlement Agreement even though your ex showed up to Mediation with his bank account balances written on a piece of paper and no inventory listing all assets and liabilities. Then he turns around and withdraws from your case because you wouldn't agree to another botched Mediation and charges thousands of dollars to your credit card without an invoice.

Theft

I hired Mark Klein law to do some court receivership and he not only drug his feet costing me money and pay more money than I should have aid him by $1992.73 giving me back nothing all that money was so wasted by his inability to perform. he didn’t know nothing , he did nothing , he did not talk to ...me about my case, he did not tell me what was going on. he is by far the worst lawyer in history. Save your money and heartbreak.

If you are looking for a great lawyer, you found him.

I retained Mark after having a very awful experience (very costly too) with another attorney. His office is very timely, very professional and caring. My court/mediation experience went very well and I highly recommend his services. He knows his business well but is also a good Christian man. Look no... further if you need a good family lawyer.

Job well done

I went to Mark to get help with revising my child support. He was recommended to me by a friend that had used him for their divorce and were very happy with the results. So, I hired him after a consultation and he got to work. Eventually my child support was changed, which has helped tremendously in ...the day to day living for my child and I. Very happy my friend recommended Mark Lane.

Divorce

I went to Mark to handle my divorce last year. Never thought that would be happening to me, but there Iwas. Mark and Pam both handled my case, with great professionalism. if youre looking for an attorney and dont know where to go, I strongly recommend this office.
