Biography
Jeff Johnson is a board-certified family lawyer with nearly twenty years’ experience in both Washington and Texas. Having graduated with honors from Washington State University with a BA in International Business, Jeff went on to graduate from one of the top law schools in the United States, the University of Oregon. Jeff has been decorated with numerous local and national awards, including having been ranked as one of the Top 100 Family Lawyers Under 40 in the United States, as well as having been ranked as one of the Top Attorneys in Fort Worth for seven consecutive years, to name a few.
Jeff is a dynamic trial lawyer who seeks out the most challenging Family Law cases in Texas, both at the trial court level and also at the appellate level. Jeff has handled hundreds of cases involving all kinds for family law issues and fact patterns, and he has done some in over a dozen different counties throughout Texas. Jeff has twice lived and worked overseas, immersed in non-English speaking countries. Further, Jeff has jointly owned a wine importing company that did business in 46 states and 6 countries, honing his ability to coordinate people and resources. Jeff learned the ins and outs of corporate management teamwork from some of the top minds in the sports industry when he spent 4 years working in the National Basketball Association’s Indiana Pacers and Dallas Mavericks organizations. Jeff’s passion for the wine industry has never waned; he acts as a marketing, management and legal consultant for several wineries. When he is not practicing law, Jeff is typically exercising his creative side, making furniture and tables in his wood shop.
