Andrew Jee

I hired the Jee law firm to handle a case that involved an illegitimate report of family violence. Andrew and Charmaine immediately scheduled a consultation with me to learn of the details. My case was somewhat difficult I believe. I had a car accident where I rear ended someone. I did not have car insurance-thought I did as husband was making the payments and stopped without telling me.....this caused not only my license to get suspended but I was told when I was pulled over by the police that I had multiple warrants out for my arrest from this accident. (I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and was not given any citations at the scene). I found all of this out days apart-almost a year after this happened. I did not know what to do or where to start. Andrew met with me and we discussed the case. He worked very hard to help me fix this mess I was in. He was there by my side working overtime fighting the DA's office in a small town. This DA did not want to try to understand anything regarding this situation. Andrew fought to the top, having my case moved to the District Court in Collin County where he was able to explain my situation there and work my problem out. He made them understand and got me the best outcome possible. Being a single mom and needing to get to work was essential and being without a drivers license was not something I could afford. He is someone you can count on if your in a tough situation and will always give you his best work. This is the second time I have needed him and both times he did everything he could to help me and succeeded. I would highly recommend Andrew and his associate.

I had known Andrew for several years after having been introduced to him by a leading appellate attorney in the Dallas area. Eventually, I hired him to represent me for a Jury Trial in a Family Law Matter which is now in the process of being appealed. Andrew came onto this case at the last minute but he worked really worked hard and came up to speed before the trial. I found Andrew to be a very good litigator who knows his way around a court room. His charges are reasonable and he will not nickel and dime you like most attorneys. So if you are looking for a competent, reasonably priced attorney, who works hard and communicates regularly and clearly, I would highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew did a great job in my defense against a SLAPP lawsuit. The false accusations were dropped soon after the deposition. His fees were very reasonable and he was available 7 days a week.

I was battling an eviction case (for 3 months) that had made it all the way up to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals after a series of appeals by the tenant. I had gone through 3 other attorneys trying to fight the case before I found Andrew, and he could not have come soon enough! Andrew and his team immediately stepped in, knew all the important questions to ask, and quickly filed several motions that gave the no-good tenant a swift and hard kick out the door. In no time, the tenant was evicted and I was able to repossess my property. Andrew and his staff worked hard for me; constantly communicating with me every step of the way. I was not worried about sending an email or calling his office and having to pay for each second of his time. His fee was very reasonable and, to get the results I got, well-justified! Andrew is a stellar and thoughtful attorney. That is hard to find. I had visited near twenty attorneys in Dallas before finding Andrew. I had a complex employment matter that I was dealing with. Many employment attorneys in Dallas will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and then they will decide what cases they want to handle. This was not an issue with Andrew. I explained the situation to his paralegal and he agreed to speak with me the next day. In my case, a previous employer was possibly retaliating against me for being a witness to an incident of workplace violence. None of the previous attorneys wanted to take the case because it didn't fit into a typical form of discrimination. Nor did they want to explain the legal issues even if I paid them their hourly rate. However, Andrew sat down with me, reviewed the documents I provided, and explain the legal issues clearly for a layperson to understand. He also provided me with several non-legal approaches for dealing with this problem. Most attorneys would not provide this attention to service. Even though we didn't proceed with legal action, I appreciate his efforts. Many employment attorneys in Dallas will not take cases that don’t involve discrimination issues. Later, I found out Andrew is quite active in the community and deals with a wide of legal issues. If I have another legal matter to resolve in the Dallas area, Andrew would be first choice.
