This review is for an accident I had back in 2014, but definitely bears writing about, now, in 2020. I had a large SUV pull out in front of me, taking a left-hand turn onto the main thoroughfare, on which, I was travelling at 35 mph, the posted speed limit and could not brake and stop in time before ...colliding into them, in my small sedan. I went to the hospital, as I was 20 weeks pregnant, as per my midwife’s suggestion, and fortunately, had a blood technician that gave me Marc’s name and recommendation. I had an in-person meeting with him and signed the paperwork and got the PIP care required for the neck pain I suffered from the whiplash. The insurance company on their end low-balled us an offer and they (Marc and Karen, his excellent paralegal) wouldn’t stand for it, so they helped negotiate a much higher offer and we succeeded! I really loved working with Karen. She was a dream; very communicative, kind, caring and tough, when need be. The settlement was enough that our budding little family could become first-time home-owners and it was well worth using their services to fight the good fight and pull through in the end. I am ever grateful to Marc and Karen for helping represent me in this crazy hassle with insurance companies who don’t want to dish out when their clients are clearly in the wrong.

In 2018, I was rear ended in my car while at a stop light and sustained a traumatic brain injury, neck, tooth and back injuries. From the first day I met Marc I knew he was the attorney for me. He was easy to talk to and confident. Marc defended me when I was T-boned in my car by another driver. My car was totaled and I fractured my neck. I sued the negligible driver’s employer who he was driving for at the time of the collisi...on. The employer’s insurance company wanted to settle out of court but failed to meet us at an appropriate settlement until the day before trial.
