Biography
Tatiana Kadetskaya is the founder of Kadetskaya Law Firm, LLC, a boutique insurance law firm dedicated exclusively to representing life insurance beneficiaries and policyowners whose claims have been wrongfully denied or delayed.
Since 2012, Ms. Kadetskaya has represented hundreds of clients in complex life insurance disputes against some of the largest insurance companies in the country — including MetLife, Prudential, Unum, Guardian, Genworth, Transamerica, and many others. Her practice covers the full range of life insurance law: denied and delayed claims, ERISA appeals, beneficiary disputes, interpleader actions, lapsed policy denials, accidental death and dismemberment claims, and insurance bad faith litigation.
Her clients come to her at one of the most difficult moments in their lives — grieving the loss of a loved one while simultaneously fighting an insurance company that refuses to pay. My assessment of the facts of a case and applicable law may vary from what callers want to hear or what they think the law should be. I keep my free initial consultations not longer than 30 minutes and explain this during the call. I always state clearly if and why I decline to accept a certain case. I regret the call ended before you received all the information you were seeking in a free initial consultation. I always encourage callers to consult several attorneys to receive more legal opinions when I decline to accept a certain case.
