Replied last April 14, 2025Dear Anonymous, I understand you are not one of my former or existing clients and your review is based on an initial free consultation I provide to callers about their life insurance issues. My assessment of the facts of a case and applicable law may vary from what callers want to hear or what they think the law should be. I keep my free initial consultations not longer than 30 minutes and explain this during the call. I always state clearly if and why I decline to accept a certain case. I regret the call ended before you received all the information you were seeking in a free initial consultation. I always encourage callers to consult several attorneys to receive more legal opinions when I decline to accept a certain case. I also advise them that my declination does not mean they do not have a great case. I wish you the best of luck.
