I don't know what I can say about this law firm. I adore David and the way he presented over my case. He put in personal concern for my daughter through my custody. He has never not been able to answer a question I ask and I am positive that when I need law help again I will immediately go to him. Of...fice staff has always been great to work with. Unfortunately I have not had the pleasure of working with any other attorney in his firm but I can only assume if he hired them they must be at the same level as him. Anytime anyone asks about a lawyer this is the first and ONLY place I recommend. David assisted me in my custody case 8 years ago. He was amazing and understanding. He walked me through everything. He got me exactly what I was needing in my case plus more!! I was able to get clauses to keep specific family members away from my child and drug/alcohol clauses. Exactly what I wanted!! Amazing!

As with any divorce, it's difficult. Attorney Wynne's professional demeanor helped me a great deal because I was intensely suffering. He helped me to understand that I actually was entitled to half of the property and he helped me get it. He has a great method of getting both parties to be fair and... to agree. He then helped me to plan out a Pet Trust Fund for my heirs. This is an awesome concept because it cares for both my pets and my loved ones. David Wynne is a caring man, hates to see divorce happen if it doesn't need to but will take care to help his client not hurt anymore. I heartily recommend Attorney Wynne and his staff for the services he specializes in. He is a great lawyer!

I just completed a difficult 2-year divorce and could not have been represented any better than David provided. I left my first attorney because of miserable performance, arrogant personality, and lack of communication. David was recommended to me by a friend, and the experience could not have been... better. David is on top of the legal issues, a well versed litigator with an excellent staff, and a balanced representative with opposing counsel. He is not afraid to provide sound opposing advice, even when I was asking him to do something he thought was not going to advance my case in my best interest. Divorce is an ugly process, and it get's emotional for all parties. I was certain at times that I thought we should be doing "A", "B", and "C", and David always took the time to discuss each issue with me and give me his opinions on how to proceed. We didn't always agree, but I will say his instincts were right 100% of the time. I would HIGHLY recommend David to anyone seeking family law representation. I also know through my 2-year relationship with him, that he provides OUTSTANDING estate planning work as well. David is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys that I have had the pleasure of working with. He is aggressive in the courtroom, and honest with his clients about what they can expect as an outcome and if their expectations are unreasonable.
