A Great Family Law Attorney
Mr. Franks has represented me a number of times over the past few years in situations where I have had to go back to court over child support and various changes in parental rights with respect to my kids. Each time he has handled my case professionally and expeditiously resulting in a positive outcome. Even more than this, he and his staff are always there to help you with what are often stressful situations and to give advice on how to minimize the effects of these situations on my children. Mr. Franks has been practicing family law for many years - he is concise, prepared, aggressive if needed, and he and his team are always accessible for questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Mr. Franks for handling any family law matters. Special thanks to him and his office staff!

You Can Count On Him
Mr. Franks represented our family in a child custody suit about 20 years ago. His advice and counsel based on his years of experience and knowledge of the law and the court players, got us through a very difficult time. Most recently, suddenly facing a divorce, there was no question about who would represent me. Jon Michael knows the law, of course, but he also knows the legal playing field in Tarrant County, which helped me to avoid having to go through unnecessary procedures. He was able to secure my divorce in a minimum time frame; he respected my wishes and goals and provided excellent advice and counsel to help me achieve all of the goals I had set out. He is quick to get to the heart of an issue and determine a proper strategy. Northeast Tarrant County is very fortunate to have such a high standard of legal expertise and experience in its community. Mr. Franks always has his client's back - you can count on him.

"The Best Of The Best"
Who would ever think....that at age 69 I would file for divorce. Thank God I was fortunate to have Jon Michael as my attorney. There was two hundred miles between his office and the county that I filed in. He "held my hand" and took the time to listen to me and then give me the right advice for this situation. He actually cared for my feelings. As we all know, there are very few "winners" in a divorce, but with that being said...."Thank You Jon for representing me and looking out for my best interests" PS ( His Office staff is great)

A Trustworthy Expert
Choosing a lawyer to represent my interests in my recent divorce was difficult but important. This type of life event (hopefully) only happens once in your life and the repercussions of making a bad decision can be extremely costly. The decision to put Mr. Franks in my corner was a good one. I can say without reservation that he had a genuine concern for me as his client and his knowledge and professionalism were invaluable. Mr. Franks is a credit to his profession.

Family Law Done Right
Like anybody facing a divorce, one of the biggest fears was the idea of the lawyers involved spinning everybody up with the resultant increase in legal fees and general acrimony. Our divorce was intended to be non confrontational, and Jon provided me with great council that absolutely kept it that way. Highly recomended.
