Possession of a controlled substance, dismissal

I was shocked to be arrested for a felony in Southlake, TX. Being unfamiliar with the legal system I was confused and scared after searching the internet about possession of a controlled substance. After I made a few phone calls to lawyers that popped after searching “Best criminal defense attorney Southlake, TX”, Jeff was the first one I talked to live. He quickly put me at ease and understood my concerns. After meeting with him live he demonstrated his deep understanding of the legal system and was able to put things in terms I could understand. He was honest when I asked him if I benchmarked his costs versus is competitors where he would come in. Since this was so important to me to have the best representation, it seemed like the right choice at the time. You get what you pay for, right? It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Mr. Kennedy was able to have my case dismissed. Yes, outright dismissal of the charge! Jeff was proactive in his communication, set expectations, and knew his stuff. If you’re ever in an unfortunate situation like this I highly recommend Jeff.

This is my first time getting in trouble and i am happy that i found jeff. he's straight forward and he helped me greatly. I interviewed 2 other lawyers and finally decided to choose him. I also ran into his two other clients on different dates and they both agreed that hes done a great job for helping them in the past. Anyways I got a really nice deal with the court and i promised myself that i would write a review on this when the case is done. He might be a little expensive and sometimes hard to reach but hes worth it. I would hire him again.

Outright Dismissal

My wife hired Jeff Kennedy while I was still sitting in jail. When I got out it was 4am so I waited a little later to call Jeff myself to see what I needed to do. He gave me great advice and did an OUTSTANDING job and got me dismissal from both my charges. When I can expunge these charges I will be hiring Jeff again to do so!!

Best possible outcome /DWI over .15

I am so grateful I hired Jeff Kennedy as my attorney for a DWI. Jeff was professional, efficient and effective in handling my case and getting the best possible outcome. I live out of state and was arrested for DWI while visiting, my BAC test came back above .15. Jeff Kennedy was so knowledgeable and comforting after such an ordeal. I was able to do the simple tasks needed online and through email. He got the .15 enhancement waived and saved me from having an interlock device put on my car. Jeff took care of everything so all I had was a bit of paperwork and the case was settled easily, quickly and favorably for me. Jeff C. Kennedy got my charges dropped!

I was in a pretty dark place in my life but it was really nice to have someone say something to me, mean it, actively work to make it happen and come through for me. That person was Jeff C. Kennedy. Before I hired him, he told me to do what he said and not to worry. After I hired him, I followed his instructions but couldn't help but worry. It was not necessary, because he got my charges dropped. I'm looking forward to a bright future once again.

Best choice

Hiring Mr.Kennedy was the best choice I’ve made, He walked me through every step of the case and told me exactly what to do, Dismissed everything all the way from class A and class B misdemeanor, his cam demeanor and confidence and FYI I’ve over heard at court other lawyers referring to Mr.Kennedy as a “bada**” and he certainly is.

Best Decision I’ve ever made
