Naturalization Process

I took help from Tope for my entire naturalization process. I must say that the day I met her until the whole process she has been very friendly and very helpful. She used to give me status updates, feedbacks on each and every stage.I could call her if I had the minutest doubts regarding my applicati...on or any other thing and she always responds back on time. Even if she was busy she made sure she called me in the night or the very next day. Never ever she delayed me anytime. She is very knowledgeable and smart. Im glad I met tope and worked with her . The whole journey seemed so much pain free and smooth. I recommend Tope to anyone and everyone who is looking for any sort of immigration or citizenship related matters. She is the best in my view and would treat your case as her own. Very reliable and trustworthy. Tope thanks a lot for all your efforts and guidance all throughout this journey and you will definitely be in my best wishes.

I-751 Application

My heart is full of praise and thanks to none other than my attorney, Miss Tope Habib of Habib Law Firm as I write. I got my conditional green card based on marriage five years ago and I applied to remove the conditions two years later. My case remained pending with USCIS for so long and they eventua...lly called me for an interview with my spouse which we both appeared. I then hired Ms. Habib who appeared at the interview with us but still the case was not approved for another year. Along the line, my wife filed for divorce and Ms. Habib converted my jointly filed I-751 to a waiver I-751 and shortly after, USCIS sent an intent to deny my case because they suspect fraud. Ms. Habib was able to calm me and advise me to be patient because I literally believed my life was going to end. She told me to be patient and trust her and she was able to fight the case and send a strong and convincing response to their letter. Then two months later, I got a letter from USCIS that my case has been approved and I received my 10-year card in the mail. I will be eternally grateful to Miss Habib and I advise you all to go to my attorney if you need any immigration assistance.

Green Card Application

Working with Tope all through my wife's green card application was great. She was really helpful and did excellently taking us through our first and second interview with the immigration and also very considerate with appointment timing. I feel so good about our success story and i recommend her an...ytime.
