A Very Experienced, Diligent and Reasonable Attorney

He is very thorough, experienced and prompt in reviewing and filing cases. Outcomes are usually positive. Despite his outstanding qualities and professionalism, his charges are reasonable compared with attorneys that I dealt with in the past. I highly recommend him as an immigration attorney.

Excelente lawyer!

I have no words to describe the excelente works that Victor did in my case! My case was a very complicated case because i came to this country illegaly. My First contacto with Victor was in 2010 because i had been arrested and had a deportation order for having lost imigration couro. He advise...d me tô apply for asylum because Of the domestic violência I had suffered in Brazil, but, when he started preparing the case , the ICE cought me and tried tô deport me. Victor applied to reopen my case e he was sucefull to get me out af the prison after 23 days! After that i applied for asylum . But it was not aproved. In october 2010 I Married David a long time boyfriend. Victor made my whole I 130 case . My marriage was aproved in 2013. But Victor Warned me that i would have to go back tô Brazil for my case to be processed there. We started the aplication but in november 2014 my husband got sick and passed away in January 2015. In 2017 I received an imigration letter for me to introduce myself to the imigration agents. Victor went With me and they tried to detain me there , but Victor did everthing to get me another 30 days to organize my things e leave the country .In that time he started preparing case tô be processed at the Brasilian consulate. I spent almost three years in Brazil and during this time Victor fought for me ! He prepared all aplication, documents, interviews, he was very professional ! In january of 2020 my visa for permanent resident was aproved! It was a long struggle to get my green card and i believe i would not have done it without Victor's brilliant and professional work. He helped me a lot and i am very grateful to finally be here in this country! I highly recommend Victor. Thank you Victor for the great job!!

Explicit confidence in his work.

Mr. Okeke, my lawyer did a formidable work in immigration case. I organized my documents and filed in my immigration papers for my Green card and successfully, I got my green card without any issue at the immigration office when we went for the interview. He flew to the interview and was present.
