Green card application

I needed advice on maintaining Canadian TN visa and processing greencard through marriage. Lalita Haran was able to offer good advice that worked. I found her to be very knowledgeable on immigration law. At the same time she was very approachable and prompt in her service. I am happy to say that with her counsel my daughter got her Green Card sometime back. The whole process only took 6 months from the date of application. Excellent lawyer and more Friendly

I recently got my case approved. She really did a great job. She was very friendly. I had really busy schedule during weekdays, so she always made my appointments in the weekends,that was very-very helpful. Excellent, client friendly lawyer

I contacted attorney Haran for VISA for my father, which was rejected and we did not know as to how to proceed. VISA was denied to him earlier for overstay. Desperate to get VISA we decided to go through attorney and myself and my husband also applied for VISA. She prepared our papers well and advised us for the interview. My father who found previous interview very difficult had given up hope and was not ready to apply for VISA, this time, handled the interview with confidence and ease. The same was the case with us. The officer who had doubts about my father's case in the beginning was convinced with the answers and awarded priority VISA and wished us all good luck.

E2 application experience

Lalita Haran is a very confident lawyer. She told us: We don't need to be waiver. If I'm not sure I won't take your case. After that, the Immigration Bureau asked us to resubmit the certificate of waiver. She said that it was definitely an official issue, she also charged another fee. In the end, it was her misinterpretation of the regulations. We spent a lot of money but had to return home immediately. We also said that we can bring the data back to the country and apply again. However, the information actually needed is completely different. We did not obtain a visa for it. We did not get anything but only pay.
