I was facing first degree felony charges for being guilty by association... Wrong place at the wrong time. I highly recommend Ms.Nancy Ohan to anyone that is looking for a lawyer. I was worried about my immigration status as I am a Non-Immigrant and in the process of getting my GC, the immigration status has been a problem for people with convictions and the US Immigration law requires USCIS to prevent convicts from immigration benefits.
