Nancy Elizabeth Ohan

After getting into some trouble for a felony and misdemeanor possession charge I was overwhelmed with all the attorney's to choose from. Going through the dozens of letters I received daily, I was lucky to open the one from Nancy. With her experience of working in for the Dallas County DA, I knew I ...needed to speak with her. I called and was able to setup a consult the next day. After explaining my situation it seemed the case would be a simple violation of consent to search, although Nancy did explain all the possible outcomes. I felt very confident in her plan and retained her services. However, the case became not so simple, as the police body cam footage submitted during discovery was not from the original officer, and did not show the violation. For almost a year Nancy worked to push for further video, but due typical bureaucracy- the footage was never going to be found. At this point I was convinced I would at best now have a record, be on probation, and live with the stigma the rest of my life. Not the case, Nancy was able to get the DA to drop the charges completely based on our her representation alone. I never stepped foot into a courtroom. I found her fee to be extremely competitive and she also never charged anymore, and offered a payment plan. She kept me informed ever step of the way, and answered any questions I had until I completely understood. Lastly Nancy is just a great person that I felt truly cared about me beyond my legal issues. I hope someday to see her behind the bench instead of in-front.

I was charged with a felony aggravated assault on a minor. Nancy Khan believed in my innocence and represented myself at all court dates, I did not even have to show up. Mrs. Ohan proved to be a great lawyer and an oustanding person when I needed her the most. I searched for several days for a lawyer to help me with an assault case. I had already called several lawyer when I received a letter in the mail from Mrs. Ohan's office offering her service and assistance wit...h my case. When I called her she was available for me instantly. Most of the places I called had me leave my number so they could call me back which usually took until the next day for me to actually talk to a lawyer. Not Mrs Ohan, she was available for me as soon as I called! She talked with me for about thirty minutes and suggested a next step for me whether I hired her or not. After talking to her about the case she then told me what she would charge which was cheaper than all of the lawyers I had already spoke with. Not only did she keep her word, she allowed me to pay her in payments with no interest. When I went to her office to meet with her she was absolutely wonderful. Very personable which made it so much comforting to me since I have always been nervous when dealing with courts and the law.. Oh but dont get me wrong, I can tell that her real office is at court. When we met at court for my case she was a totally different person. I could see that she meant business and she was going straight to work. Nancy Ohan is a great lawyer! She handled my 3 cases; driving with suspended license, posession of marijuana, and posession of dangerous drug. Ms.Ohan and her assistant Beatrice kept me informed of what was going on, she was able to set up a great payment arrangement, and answered all my questions ev...en when I know I was getting on her nerves she still made me feel comfortable. Ms.Ohan is very strict and zero tolerence for ignorance, so as long as you dont come to court dressed like you just left club or disrespect her you will be in the hands of a excellent attorney. I just had court oday and she was able to get all 3 cases dismissed because the cop forgot to put why he pulled me over in any of the reports!!!! SHE IS AWESOME AND SHE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
