My daughter was charged with a DWI and Nancy got the charged dismissed. Although my daughter's breath alcohol level was over the legal limit, the police video clearly showed my daughter was not acting intoxicated in any way. Nancy used the video evidence to ultimately clear my daughter's name. Nan...cy informed me that it's not illegal to drink and drive, it's only illegal to drive when you are legally drunk. At the onset I thought if your breath test indicates you are over the legal limit, then there is no defense. I was wrong and the breath test is known not to be 100% accurate. The process took almost 2 years, but Nancy never charged us any more money and the end results was well worth the wait. Nancy is a tough lawyer and has a great poker face at times. Don't get discourage if you don't see a sympathetic reaction every time you talk to her. You need her poker face when she is fighting for you. She is tough and fights to win.
