Beyond Amazing!!!!

We hired Mr. Novotny last July to help us with my son's car accident. My son was hit by a driver going the wrong way and totaled out his brand new car of 2 weeks. There was a lot of confusion on which insurance was going to cover his accident as she was driving a rental car and also purchased their i...nsurance. Doug dealt with the adjuster that was the WORST adjuster in the world for over a year. He kept in constant communication with us and always made us feel reassured. He was always on top of things even when he was unable to get a response for weeks from the adjuster. I was even able to reach out to him with questions in regards to finding someone to help with a different legal issue with my daughter and he was able to help point me in the right direction as well. I just know that I'm beyond grateful to have been referred to him and had him blessed us with his services. Doug if you see this, AGAIN THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! If you are looking for someone who can get you the settlement that you deserve and someone that is willing to fight for you, then call Doug Novotny!!!

Car Accident

Mr. Doug Novotny has been a great help with me and this case , I had suffered a totaled car accident with my first car ever. I didn’t even get to make my first payment on it , only had it for 2 weeks . This lady from Australia had turned into me as I’m going straight under the traffic light as she wa...s turning left on the opposite side of steeet and we kinda went head on then my car ran into the pole. The place I had got it from Big O Auto , the manager had referred me to him and I’m so glad he did , he’s the best lawyer anybody can have hands down. He’s so open & observes everything & tries or does help you as much as he can & get you in the care possibly because that’s what he did for me & I couldn’t thank him enough. The chiropractor and massages he referred me to 10/10 it helped me a lot and made me feel alot better . I had suffered some back & neck pain from it but as I was going through treatment and everything I was getting back to my normal self the massages had helped tremendously. Then after that I wasn’t to my full potential so he referred me to physical therapy and that was worth it after a month of that n constantly doing the stretches & techniques I felt somewhat normal again n getting myself back. Everything he been doing for me been very helpful & well needed . Settlement money is good and all and I appreciate him for helping me get the amount I got in extremely blessed for that but without his help and getting me in therapy I don’t think I would’ve been the same again . So thank you again Doug really!! Best lawyer ever not gon lie ! I deserve everything good that comes your way .

Wages/Contract Dispute Resolution

I found Mr. Novotny through the Nebraska Bar Association referral service and recommend him to those who need help fighting for equitable wages within a muddled contract; he will dissect, clarify, and interpret it accurately to ensure you receive adequate and fair compensation. Mr. Novotny took t...he time to listen attentively to my concerns, gather all of the supporting evidence, and present my case in a dignified manner. He was extremely professional, upfront about the costs and possible outcomes—all while remaining positive and focused. Mr. Novotny was also clearly responsive and timely with communication including emails, phone calls, and in-person appointments. I really appreciated that he was receptive of my input as he developed my case. I know without his representation I would have lost! He also prepared me for my deposition in a way that allowed me to speak in a professional courteous manner and present myself in a positive light, which was very beneficial to my case. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for Mr. Novotny taking my case and #WINNING!!!
