Grateful for Alan's Guidance

It never feels good to need an attorney to deal with litigation, but after landing in the very capable hands of Alan Barnes, so much of the anxiety went away. Alan treated our case as if it was the most important thing in his office, something he does for everyone, since I know of another family that... used Alan at the same time. They felt the same way! We were being sued by a gentleman who felt we breached a contract, but after Alan's careful analysis, he showed us where we had actually been taken advantage of and that the plaintiff was in the wrong. It was the small detail work, the lesser known actions and language of the contract that Alan flushed out, saving us from what could have been a disastrous financial outcome. His skilled leadership during depositions and calm professionalism gave us the hope we needed to get through a case that had been on our shoulders for years. He saw us through court days with confidence and was very respectful of the courts and his peers. Alan gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions about our case and in the end we felt that he guidance brought us to the best possible conclusion. Instead of owing the plaintiff hundreds of thousands of dollars, we wrote a check for back rent and have finally been able to go on with our lives. I would hire Alan again in an instant and I would recommend him to anyone. He is one of the really good guys and he takes great care with his clients. We were lucky to have been introduced to him by people we respect and admire, and our lives are much better because of that introduction.

Cares Even When He Shouldn't. Gives thoughtful and considerate responses. Ability to see something from the clients POV.

I asked a simple question about a insurance company response to my attorney's demand letter and from Wells Fargo Bank. Attorney Barnes took the time to really consider my position. Give me a lengthy response based on his expertise and knowledge of slip and fall accidents. Of the ten response...s, Attorney Barnes was the most thoughtful, considerate, helpful.

Looking for someone you can trust.

I would highly recommend Alan Barnes. He has been very responsive and he basically turned my case around after a previous attorney failed miserable. I feel Alan has my best interest at heart and he did a very good job with my case.

personal injury lawsuit

I had a third party lawsuit tried several law firm no one would take on the case but Mr.Alan did he is a very good .Attorney and easy to talk to about your problems and concern. He stood by me .

Excellent Lawyer, extremely knowledgeable, honest, anybody who has dealt with legal issues understands that quality is one of the most important, because nobody wants to be entangled longer then necessary.
