Biography
Rachel Scott is a homegrown Seattle attorney and founding partner of Scott & Scott, PLLC. She earned her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 2001, where she was a member of the national moot court team.
For over 20 years, Rachel has focused her practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation law, helping individuals and families navigate the aftermath of serious injuries. Her approach is clear, direct, and client focused, offering guidance without pressure and advocacy without drama.
Earlier in her career, Rachel also handled long-term disability insurance claims. While she no longer accepts new LTD cases, she continues to offer consultations to help people understand their options or find trusted referrals.
