Biography
Born and raised in Omaha, Tim attended Creighton Prep. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. While in law school, Tim received the CALI award for excellence in Insurance. He is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska. He is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska Bar Associations, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and The America Association for Justice, and the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group. At Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, he handles plaintiff cases in Automobile/Trucking Collisions, Pedestrian Accidents, Catastrophic Injuries, Animal Bite Injuries, Brain Injuries, Burn Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Wrongful Death.
