We hired Mr. Novotny last July to help us with my son's car accident. My son was hit by a driver going the wrong way and totaled out his brand new car of 2 weeks. There was a lot of confusion on which insurance was going to cover his accident as she was driving a rental car and also purchased their i...nsurance. Doug dealt with the adjuster that was the WORST adjuster in the world for over a year. He kept in constant communication with us and always made us feel reassured. Mr. Doug Novotny has been a great help with me and this case , I had suffered a totaled car accident with my first car ever. Then after that I wasn’t to my full potential so he referred me to physical therapy and that was worth it after a month of that n constantly doing the stretches & techniques I felt somewhat normal again n getting myself back. Everything he been doing for me been very helpful & well needed . Settlement money is good and all and I appreciate him for helping me get the amount I got in extremely blessed for that but without his help and getting me in therapy I don’t think I would’ve been the same again . I retained Douglas Novotny for a libel and invasion of privacy case and he charged me hundreds of dollars to draft an unprepared letter to my harasser demanding an apology and corrections be posted publicly. Rather that follow through on that, Douglas advised me to accept my harasser simply deleting... her Facebook post. After everything this stalker has put ne through, this was not a satisfactory resolution at all. It seems like Douglas was intimidated by my stalker and didn't care that she was making my business lose funds. Complete disappointment and waste of my money.
