Biography
The law was once considered an honored profession. I believe that it still is, and was blessed to study at one of the nation’s finest law schools, the Washington University School of Law. After working for several of the Midwest's most respected and talented attorneys I founded The S.E. Farris Law Firm. Our focus is on the needs of injury victims and their families.
Spencer has been the lead or supporting trial attorney in cases involving defective baby seats, dangerous drugs, defectively designed automobiles and airplanes, medical mistakes, nursing home neglect, discrimination, motor vehicle crashes involving motorcycles, semi-trucks and passenger vehicles, falls and work related injuries. Currently helping clients with injuries due to exposure to dangerous drugs such as Vioxx, and asbestos related injuries.
When you hire our firm, you meet the attorney who will be with you throughout the legal process. You won't be "passed" around the firm as your case progresses. We approach our cases as a team, and you have the benefit of our teamwork when your case is ready for trial. We understand that your only case is your most important case!
Since we are by design small, we don't advertise tens of thousands of clients "served." Great Legal team!!!
Very professional law firm, I had a Missouri State Workers Comp injury and they got a fair / honest settlement. The attorney here literally wrote the book on Workers Comp settlements. I would highly recommend this law firm for you legal needs.

As I tell all clients, usually when they pick up a settlement check, I judge our performance by how we treat people not by how much money they get because there is never enough money. You posted anonymously, but if you want to call me with suggestions or let me know where we missed the mark, it would be a great favor.
